I have only owned the shoe for 1 month and I already have a hole in the toe area! Disappointed.

And had and lived the black “terry” On Cloud sneaker and it was so very comfortable! It was the first sneaker in decades that I can honestly say I “wore out.” That exact shoe is no longer available and this “looks” the most close to it, but it’s nowhere near comfortable. The insole feels flat and hard and the sole exterior isn’t spongy. The shoe fits loosely, looks cheap, makes a lot of “hard sole” noise on floors, and it’s just a huge disappointment. Returning.

Had high hopes for on clouds with all the hype, but they are a very basic shoe. The first wear, they felt extremely tight. They’ve loosened to fit better now, but nothing extraordinary. They are lightweight if that’s what you’re looking for but nothing sets them apart from most other brands. Overall, I wouldn’t spend the money on them, if they weren’t on sale.

Very cute and comfy for the most part. Unfortunately I will have to send back because the top of the sneaker is beyond tight. Really bummed out because they are so cute!!!!

These shoes are so comfortable. After having my first pair for 6 months I had holes in the top of both shoes. I bought a second pair thinking it could have been a fluke but the second pair had holes within the same amount of time. I almost just bought another pair but then came to my senses and realized that for $140 - this could be the best shoe scam ever.

I got these Shoes in Feb. 2023 & they did not wear well. Hole in top of shoe in less then a year.

These shoes are so cute and stylist but after 6 days of owning them (wore them less than 5 times), the inside of the heel folded/collapsed down causing a bump in the heel that would not straighten back out. I contacted ON customer service and was told they would not exchange them since they have been worn. Very disappointing given this is a clear defect and I owned them less than a week. Cute shoes but quality and customer service is greatly lacking.

I love the shoe but disappointed by the quality. I have worn it for 5 months and it is ripping apart in the shoebox. I paid a lot of money for a shoe that isn’t durable.

I've been wearing this model since pre-Covid, and have been very pleased. BUT, this pair blew a hole over the big toe within two months of gentle walking two to five miles a day. The other five to six pairs I've owned have intact tops, even though I've worn out the soles. My advice: Don't buy this model. There is a quality control issue. These were a sad waste of quite a lot of money.

They're comfortable

Cute! They're narrow looking but aren't narrow inside (bunionettes) Since they're "THE in-fashion" runner - I like the light look for going out & being comfortable in without look like I have on "THE old folks" shoe on all the time (which is wider and thicker looking & I love those too)

Fit and size is perfect! I plan to wear these for everyday errands, etc, with skirts & dresses during warm weather. The step-in feature functions better than I expected. This is my first pair of ON brand & won’t be my last! Thank you, Zappos!

Definitely size up a 1/2 size. I always wear an 8, but these were very narrow. Ordered the 8.5 and they felt very comfortable and it didn't even feel like they were any longer.

I have flat and very narrow feet and until the moment I purchased my first pair of On Cloud 5 have had the hardest time finding shoes that works for me. Truly love this shoe!

These ran smaller than my pair of the same model from a couple years ago. Love ON because they also run narrow

Really is like walking on a cloud! Took me all over Europe and UK for 3 week trip and never had foot problems!

These are my go to shoes for work . Working as a nurse require lots of standing and walking . Price was good as well

These shoes are incredibly comfortable! Ideal for lots of walking and standing. Also very cute and the pearl/white color is almost like a very pale taupe that goes with anything and runs warm or cool depending on what it's paired with. Love these shoes!

This is actually my second pair of these shoes - I bought the first ones about 18 months ago and finally wore them out. They lasted me through two trips to Europe, a trip to Disneyland, and they were my go to daily slip ons. As soon as I realized the support was out on the original pair, I bought this one as a replacement. Great everyday shoe!

I'm a 9.5 or a 10. In these, I'm a 10. My feet are on the narrow side of medium, and these fit really well. They are the greatest sneakers. This is my second pair. I wore the first pair out.

I love this shoe. It’s really comfortable and lightweight. I use it for weightlifting and walking. I get a lot of compliments on this shoe.

These are so light and comfortable and have great support. I’m usually a 4.5, so very difficult to find a sneaker in my size. I bought a size 5 since many readers advised to order 1 size up. These fit (could be a teeny bit smaller)!

Overall I liked the shoes. They were damaged when they arrived and the box was crushed. What I didn't like was they came from a different company than ordered from. Which was unexpected and came as a surprise. I do intend to make another purchase and hope they aren't damaged.

Shoes sent with two different types of lacing, matching lacing not included. Had to return.
