I originally ordered my standard size, but exchanged for a 1/2 size smaller and those fit perfectly.

New favorite running shoe!

Half size bigger was recommended but it was way too small. The top back part of the shoes came up very high and hurt the back of my foot and ankle. My Hokas and Adidas are way more comfortable.

My daughter felt the size is right after she tried on but the sole direction does not fit her feet well. she has wide feet and somehow it made her feet hurt.

Loved at first but as they are being worn seem to be a little looser than I need. Still love them but definitely notice they have worn in a bit.

Although I am returning, I still find the cloud runner quality and mostly comfortable. It doesn’t work for me perhaps because it might be suitable for people w higher arch hence 4 stars vs 5). I also appreciate the roomier fit in the toe area and hope ON will keep making shoes w this width option. Thanks Zappos for your easy shopping experience.

Out of all the shoes I’ve run in the past, these have helped support my flat feet the best. They are light and have good flexibility. I will say the material they use does rip easily. Do not use the shoes for anything other than running. I took some HIIT classes with them on and they immediately started tearing at the toes. Lesson learned.

These shoes have a nice wide toe box, great heel cushion and arch support, but no padding for the front of the foot, which I need for my crooked metatarsals.....Too bad for me. Probably a great running shoe for someone with healthy feet!

These shoes are cute, great for every day wear, and very comfortable. They feel roomier than other shoes without being too big. However, I need shoes that help with my heel pain/plantar fasciitis and these were not the answer. I normally only have heel pain in the morning mostly, but with these shoes, I had pain throughout the day.

I need maximum cushion, stability, arch support, and a big toe box. Be glad if you don't have that trifecta+. Hoka Gaviota5 was a wonderful, not to mention expensive, find for me. All that, and I can't run anymore. Regarding width, compared to Hoka Gaviota 5, Cloudrunners run narrower. I say that because I wear a 6.5 Medium in the Gaviota 5. I mistakenly ordered the Cloudrunner in a 6.5 Wide and the Cloudrunners don't give me any more toe box room than the Gaviota 5 Medium. Cushion, the Gaviota 5 has the Cloudrunners beat hands down. As far as arch support, I have to use 3/4 3.5MM high rigid innersoles to get the arch support I need no matter what shoes I've picked. So it's a wash in that respect for both pairs. With the Hoka Gaviota5, I have a much happier hip and a lot more walking. All that said, everyone in the orthopedic practice I go to wears On, but my podiatrist wears Hoka.

Stiff sole

I ordered Cloudrunner, Cloud Ultra, and Cloud 5. Cloudrunner is more like a running shoe for sure with good support. I've seen it recommended that you buy ON shoes a 1/2 size bigger as they run small. After trying on all three pairs, it was true for the other two but not this style. I could have ordered my exact size. My wide foot found the regular width to be too wide. I was shopping for running/walking shoes for my upcoming European vacation, one that is not too bulky. The CLOUD 5 is the one I will keep. It is super comfortable, not too bulky, and will do fine for my 3-5 mile runs. Having said that, I still think the Cloudrunner is a good shoe.

This is the first pair by this brand that I have tried. I wanted to see what all the hype is about. They look great. I ordered my normal size and they fit well. I normally wear Brooks. These are a little wider than I expected but not too bad. My feet have a higher arch. I havent felt any clouds, though. I actually think they are a little hard for standing all day. I'm going to keep them because I like the way they look, but Brooks is best.

This is a great shoe for me to wear inside the gym. Fit is good, styling is good and the shoe is very comfortable. I'm wearing these in the gym only so hopefully they will last a very long time. No longer a runner but these are stiff so I would not be able to run in them anyway.

Show is great! Fits true to size and even felt a little wider than marked. Went on a 5 mile run with them and it was a comfortable run. I would buy these again.

I am still wearing them in the house only. They feel tight across the top of my foot. I must be hard to fit! Any suggestions?

This models seemed slightly wider than the other models of the same brand, which was good for me. However, I had to order a larger size. Hopefully it will not be too big.

I ordered an 8.5 M and received the 8.5 W. Returning because it is too big.

These fit great, and I received a number of compliments, but I was SUPER disappointed that a hole developed by the pinky toe within six months of wearing them and quickly grew. I expected more durability from this brand.

Was not sent the shoes I ordered. Ordered an 8M and was sent an 8W. Very disappointed with Zappos.

Ordered an 8W.. should have ordered at least a 9.5w. These run SO SMALL!!
