Runs small, I’m usually an 8.5 and my feet are kinda wide but these shoes were very tight. I have to return them unfortunately.

they were very stiff

I ordered a 7M and received a 7W. I contacted the company and they did an exchange for me. When I received the pair that they exchanged they were also a 7W. I will not be ordering from this company again. This was the first and last time!!!!

used once but it hurts more on my plantar fasciitis, don't plan to use it again, very uncomfortable, also, right shoes lace is thorn when I got it, is there anyway I could return it or replace it, please response. Thank you.

Fit is fine but it rip in tje left side

Beautiful shoe, terrible quality. Both shoes tore on the same spots. Do not purchase as a pair of running shoes.

The fit is fine, they’re not the widest shoe in the world even though I ordered wide - they fit more like a roomier regular fit shoe. Anyway, the quality is terrible. I’ve worn them out and about but not for any serious work and they get dirty like no other shoe I’ve worn and clean badly. They’ve also torn in less than a month of casual wear. The sole of the shoe hurts my feet the same way the no brand, $20 shoes I bought these to replace do. Whatever sole insert they use is too thin and you can feel the ripples of the bottom sole. It truly isn’t comfortable for walking and I don’t find it gives enough rebound to be a halfway decent running shoe. I’d skip these entirely and may not go back to OC. These were a waste of money on sale and the quality of a random knockoff sneaker from Marshall’s.

The shoes came super dirty, the laces and the sole were dirty, it looked like they were already used. I am super disappointed with this order.

I walk 5 miles daily outside of my 10-15k steps and these shoes hurt my feet so bad. They say they are wide, but my pinky toe suffered greatly after the first three wears. I normally wear a 7, but sent them back for a 7.5 and they still hurt. These were recommended, but they just didn’t work for me.

I am not happy at all with these shoes. I love On Cloud but these shoes are heavy and hurt my feet!

Was expecting it to feel as good as the cloudflow 6.5 style i usually have purchased in past unfortunately this was the worst 12 shift at nursing home I've ever had with a pair of shoes after walking around for more then a hour they feel tight on toes and give no comfort my feet were in so much pain! For the price I paid it was completely disappointing and made my day on the floor unbearable

Wrong size received. I ordered an 11, received a 10.5 and the 11 was out of stock when I tried to reorder.

too wide in toe box - didn’t like the fit

I cannot believe I received a pair of worn sneakers!! They had a stain on the front, the inside was definitely worn out and had lint from socks! I am very disappointed in Zappos!!!! SMH

I love this brand and wanted to try something different besides my favorite pair which are the cloudflow I highly regrets this pair do to it sqeezes my toes and my toes tingle all day I work 12s also when I walk in them they sound like I'm wearing clogs there so loud I'm very disappointed in this pair

These shoes hurt my heels because they come up too high. I want to try a different style.

This was a replacement for my first pair that broke within 4 months. The pair you sent had a stain on the right shoe.

These shoes are so comfortable and so attractive. However, they are falling apart at the seams, literally, in 2 different areas....with very moderate use. Returning for that reason.

I was very upset that after 1 day of wearing them I pulled the string to tie them and the eyelet broke. I expect more out of a shoe that runs 140.00 plus. Very very disappointing!!

These are the absolute worst pair of shoes I have ever run in. I've tried a lot of brands and a lot of different styles and these are by far the WORST of all time. Horrible. Waste of money.
