They were nice but too wide was not very wide. Nice looking wish they had extra wide.

The size feels true to other shoes I've worn, but the toebox is much wider than I was expecting. The middle of the shoe is narrow and I had to lace the shoe a different way to allow for some more breathing room in my arch. My feet went numb in the first few minutes of wearing them when I laced them normally and I don't have particularly wide feet (I've never bought wide shoes before). I planned on returning them but I had already worn them out in the elements once and once I tried lacing them differently, they worked for me. I do like them now and they work for my needs, but I'm not sure I would buy another pair.

Fit was pretty TTS but after wearing for a couple of hours the inside of the right shoe (right near the tongue/last hole is located) was rubbing my ankle quite a bit. It helped to wear higher socks but I still found that spot to be sore.

The sizing is true to size and the shoes are cute for this type of style. I was very disappointed in the minimal amount of cushioning in the footbed under toes and ball of foot. More like feeling the pavement than a cloud.

Not wide enough for me. I ordered wide.

I loved the shoe it just didn't fit me the right way. I have wide feet and the tongue did not cover all of my foot. I wish it would have worked because I love how these shoes look!

This is my first pair of Ons. At first they are incredibly comfortable. However there are bands across the forefoot that do not give. I wore on a flight and when my foot swelled the pain was terrible. I wish these bands did not exist on the shoe or they had some give. If these were not part of the design I would give 5 stars.

Beautiful looking shoe but no lateral support and the sole does not extend to the toe. With this shoe, I felt as though my foot was being propelled forward and no lateral support, which I need at 63 years old.

I loved the look of this shoe, very stylish and up to date but at 63 years old, I need more support in the toe area. This shoe, like most athletic shoes, have little to no lateral support in the toe box. I'm having some balance issues as I age and I need more support. (A leather shoe is about my speed at this point.) The other issue I found with this shoe is the height of the sole does not extend to the toe, it's much thicker in the back and lessens towards the toe - I found this shoe difficult to walk in and a sensation that it was propelling my gait forward.

I have a pair of On size 9 and my orthotics fit good in them they did not fit in these they were yo small.

Really run a bit smaller. Not sure if they will break in, even being a Wide.

lightweight. Good for packing in a suitcase. Good support, but too short. Hurts the big toe.

Sadly I have to return these. I have wanted a pair of On shoes for a long time, but since I wear a wide size, it has been hard to find. I have tried several times and been disappointed. I was excited that this shoe would be the one, since it was supposedly my size and width. I can barely get my foot into it, and it also doesn't feel very supportive. I keep hearing about how comfortable and supportive various On shoes are, but not my experience so far.

I love these shoes but I bought them in October, have only worn them maybe 10 times, and they already have holes in them near the toes. Thank god Zappos customer service is SO amazing and I was able to return them.

I didn’t start wearing them until august 2024 even though I got them in April and they are already wearing on the sides and have holes.

THE SHOES CAME VERY USED AND RIPPED AND DIRTY. HOW DARE YOU SEND ME THIS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Extremely narrow and tight in toe box and through the midfoot -- even in WIDE size! Fit like a Medium width. They need to make these in X-Wide and XX-Wide. Very disappointing. Good support but they strangle my toes and midfoot. Toebox needs to be rounder, wider and deeper.

Within 4 months of having these shoes, I have holes in both shoes on the outer toe area. Very disappointing for the price.

Absolutely horrible for anyone who has wide feet ?

The fit of these are good. However, this is the second time purchasing this same shoe and both right and left shoe have a hole where the mesh is located on both pairs I have ordered after wearing for just a few months. For the price, they should last at least a year. For someone who does not use these to run in, just normal daily use, they should hold up. I have also had this happen to another pair I bought several years ago. I said i would not buy another but i did. Never again, they do not last! All 3 pairs started getting holes in the shoe.

I'm going to have to return them. They make my heels hurt & I can't wear them. I have a pair styled differently so I'm going to get some similar to what I already have.

size runs really small, I've ordered size 8, exchange for 8 1/2, and still too tight.

Just a tad too short in length for my size 9 wide foot. I think 9 1/2 would have been perfect.

I was on a quest for supportive sneakers for my spinal condition. THESE ARE IT!!! I wear them almost every day and it has been a year. I am appreciative of the price, too!

I love these shoes and the color. Unfortunately Zappos sent me a men’s size instead of the women’s size that I ordered so I had to send them back.
