Finally a sock that I can pull over my heel. Tried extra large from many. Don't work. Quality is superb.

Husband loves these thick, warm socks. They wear fairly well, lasting two to three seasons until the heel gets thin. He wears a size 15 shoe and the men's XL fit fine.

Love these wool socks. So toasty warm and thick.they are just right for walking around the cabin.

These socks are so nice. On cold damp days they keep your feet warmer and dryer than thin cotton socks. You need a little wiggle room in your shoes otherwise your stuck with the thin, damp, cold cotton.

These will be the last socks you buy - they are amazing. Definitely on the thicker side - but they are cozy and don't shrink - even when put in the dryer!

I have been wearing LLBean wool socks for at least 25 years here in the snowy part of Pennsylvania. They are my first choice when the outdoors beckon. Comfy fit, not itchy, and machine washable and dryable. Love the color choices, too, and wish they'd make more stripes!

the quality I have always depended on. I order them extra large for added length to accommodate any shrinkage should they get into the dryer by mistake. I usually air dry them. Natural wool is one of the only fibers that insulates even when wet....wish they were available in red.

We're having a really cold winter and I love wearing these socks at home every night like they're slippers. I'm a shoe size 11 and according to their sizing chart I should order "large" which I did and they fit perfect and feel great and warm. Delivery was earlier than expected

These are great socks for cold weather. I walk outside 4-6 miles a day. I only wear these socks whenever the weather dips below 20. I have bought pairs for my wife and daughter and they both love these cold weather socks as well.

I have never owned wool socks. Wool meant itchy and bunchy. My cousin suggested I get these and I am a convert. I love cushy, SOFT socks. My feet often get hot and they don't with these. I love them.

Love these socks! They are so warm and comfortable! Wish they weren't so expensive. Bought them for gifts. My daughter asks for them every year. Have had black color and this year I bought the taupe color. Love them both!

I waited so long to get these socks and am so glad that I finally did. I like them so much that I am going to get the lighter color too. They are a perfect match for the ladies rag wool pullover sweaters. The fit is perfect. They are shaped well, so that they stay put on my foot when I am not weating shoes or slippers. They are the ultimate soft and warm. The long cuff is nice up like when wearing with boots or folded down. They launder beautifully, maintaining size and shape without getting fuzzy. They are a little pricey, but definitely worth it.

These socks are a nice weight and not itchy. If the wearer has a wide width, I suggest sizing up.

I got two pair. They are warm and comfortable. Great for California winters.
