Wanted to love them but they are too big for my narrow foot. I normally get regular width but apparently these have a bit of stretch for a wider foot.

I much preferred the previous version of the Terran slide. This model stretched out quickly and thus became unstable. Sometimes they slide off my feet.

Loved the new style but, The shoes stretch out to much and my foot slides inside the sander, not good for my poor balance problems. The older style is better for me.

I couldn't keep this sandal on. I have the model with a wrap-around big toe, and it stays on fine, but the slide was too wide, and no way to adjust it.

Ordered 2 pair black Terran 3 Cush Slide shoes in size 8, received size 11. One pair was also the wrong shoe style. Was not happy . Merrell received my return, which they made easy, on August 8. Today is September 3, and I have received credit for only one pair,. Not happy!

Extremely disappointed in Merrell Terran slides as of the last few purchases. I am a long time customer, but am very disappointed in the quality that Merrell is now producing. There is no longer ANY arch support, whereas Merrell was noted for its arch support. You are losing a customer.

Sadly, i meant to order another pair of the terrain 3 Cush post which i wear everywhere. They are great bunion correctors. The slide seems to have a different foot bed and not as supporting as the Cush post. Unfortunately, after a week of wearing they were deposited in the goodwill bag.

I would like to return these slides but I cannot find the instructions on how to do that. Could you please advise me.
The sandals are perfect in every way except for the sizing. In my adult life, I have only purchased Merrill, Easy spirit, or Clark's. Of these, only Merrill continue to provide the same support and quality. The others have gone the way of Sketcher's and Toms with poor support and quality. My other Merrill's are all size 40 or size 9 but when I wear this pair my foot slides right out of the shoe and that is why I would like to return them .

Merrill, please go back to your roots: leather!
Forget these fabric based products. The Terran sandals are the perfect example of money Ill spent. The fabric does not " give" to accommodate the different types of feet.
They are uncomfortable and unwearable.

I have worn Merrell's for years and this one is so big and so loose on foot that it is impossible for me to wear. The pair I wear almost all the time is similar but this one is way too large. I thought that was what I was ordering they are so similar.....but NOT.

DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES! This is the 4th pair of Merrill Terran Cush Slide I bought. The others were all very comfortable and supportive. This one offers no support. After 2 days walking around at home, I could not bear to walk another step with these shoes. Unfortunately, I was so confident that the new ones would be as good as the old ones. I threw away my old pair when the new ones arrived. Now, I wasted $60 on a pair of shoes I won’t even feel comfortable to donate as I don’t want to cause pain to others. By the way, if I were to buy to shoes from Merrell directly, I would have been able to get a refund under their warranty. Unfortunately, without the box and tag, I can’t return the shoes to Zappos,

I ended up purchasing these sandals because in the past Merrell has had very good quality. I have wore the sandals for about a month and the sole is already wearing off. These sandals are to expensive to have the sole wear in less than a month.

I have worn Merrells for decades and their slides have always fit me perfectly. My current pair is 12 years old. So I bought 2 pair of these Terran 3 cush slides and they felt fabulous on my feet plus they were beautiful. Then I walked a few steps and they slid right off. Way too wide! Unbelievably wide! I do not have a narrow foot; in fact my medium width is on the wide side. The marron/burlwood was much wider than the moon color -- but I had to return both pair because of the poor fit. Heartbroken because I loved the look and the feel of these sandals. Merrell, WHERE IS YOUR QUALITY CONTROL?

I always ware a medium, but these were way too wide. I wore one pair thinking once they were wet, they would shrink as the past ones I bought did, they did not, and I am disappointed. The second pair is still in the box, and have never been worn. Not sure what to do, as I thought I received a better price by buying two.

I ordered a pair of these sandals and they were so wide I could almost put both feet in one shoe and I also l thought I put the wrong foot into the correct shoes they were so large. I also went to a store that sold them and the same results. I was so disappointed in the shoes. I have worn Merrill's for years and my doctor even recommended them. But not so sure anymore.
