I had a pair that I wore for a year straight. I wore them mainly for walking and my everyday shoe originally and then in the summer I used them as work shoes outdoors for 8 hours a day and they were amazing. They kept my feet dry in the morning dew and felt super comfortable no matter the application. They're also great hiking boots and provide good support on the trail.

I wore my hiking boots on the Mendenhall Glacier on our Alaskan cruise and hiked around Skagway on the bus and train to the Yukon Territory, Ketchikan, as well as Bancouver, Victoria, and Butchart, British Columbia. The boots were perfect! They kept my feet warm and dry on the glacier, and in Ketchikan (where it was cold and rainy), and perfect for hiking all over British Columbia. They were supportive and comfortable throughout my travels. I am so glad I bought them and am eager to try them out on more outdoor adventures.

These boots were exactly what I needed for my elk hunt in Colorado. No issues at all with footing, waterproof was great, and also light and comfortable!

I have always thought blisters were just a part of prolonged hiking but I just did a 3 night backpacking trip through the Tetons in these guys and my feet have never felt better!

I served in the Army as an infantryman and I wish I had been issued something like these boots. After ZERO break in, I used them on a 7 mile hike through the mountains of Virginia, crossing streams and maneuvering over very rough terrain. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Worked great for four days of hacking in Yellowstone NP.

I have gone through 3 generations of high-top Merrell hiking boots over the past 15 years. For some reason, they just fit my feet perfectly! They wear well, with many, many hikes before they wore out over time. I had to graduate to the "wide" variety when I just bought the Moab line this time around. Seems the regular width got a little narrower over the years. Each time, I tried a number of other manufacturers' hiking boots, but Merrell was just the right fit at a reasonable price for the performance I needed.

My Moab 3 Mid Waterproof is breaking-in lovely for my much anticipated journey to the Azores in September. The half-size larger is a perfect fit!

These are the most comfortable and supportive shoes I've ever owned. Taking these to England to hike Hadrian's Wall in October and I know my feet will be well taken care of.

Wore the Merrells all day long in a wet boat and in a 30-minute portage through muskeg. Extremely comfortable and functional. As a 79-year-old, these shoes were a blessing.

These are my second pair. I broke them in on a hike through the Northern Cascades in Washington including a (dry for me thanks to the boots) river crossing. Love these boots!

I love these hiking boots. They give me confidence to go on trails and even cross brooks because they are waterproof. They are so comfortable.

I have had problems with my feet hurting and after starting to wear these most of the pain is gone. I'm on my third pair.

This is my third pair of these boots. Comfortable, well-built, great traction. Can wear them all day and never feel like I'm wear a boot that is this tough. Keep making them Merrell!

I bought these for my 16 year old son. We did about 70 miles with the boots right out of the box. He said they felt like his upscale athletic shoes. While we had plenty of issues on our first big backpacking trip, the feet were not one of them. The boots exceeded expectations. They were comfortable, handled all the terrain and made it through multiple streams without letting a drop of water in.

Unbeatable comfort and high quality. Haven't tested the waterproofness yet.

So far so good! These are just what I was looking for to replace me old Merrills. Almost the same model too. Nothing like wearing a pair of boots that feel like walking in a comfortable pair of tennis shoes. Ahhhhh.....

Bought these couple months ago, they're my first pair of hiking boots and I love them!! I did not need to break them in, I didn't get any blister, they grip REALLY well! The attached tongue+water proof aspects work REALLY well too!! I've stepped in puddle and mud and was always dry and gripped afterwards! If there was one tiny detail would be that they're not the lightest shoe but I don't really care I would buy them again without hesitation. Definitely recommend!
