Great styling and build quality, but this wasn't as comfortable on my foot as a Salomon X Ultra 04.

The Merrell Moab 3 Avocado shoes I purchased fit and wear great! LAst pair I purchased was 20 years ago, they lasted until oh, about 3-4 years ago, the soles finally wore through. Great shoes, interesting, unique designs, GREAT PRICES - should have bought more the day AFTER XMas, but alas I did not, oh well... locally these same shoes the Moab 3's sell for 140-150.00, locally, I could have bought two pairs for that price! Everybody, comments on my new kicks, esp. the color, lol... reminds me of the washer, dryer, fridge and sinks we had growing up as a kid - Avocado Green... can't beat that... thanks to Zappos - appreciate y'all! : )

Great show, very comfortable. Would help with a bit more arch support and toe Guards for trails but still a great shoe. Number 39 in my collection lol

Fit is excellent for wide foot bed. Very stable and comfortable. Like the Dark Gray color. Have had 2 people ask where I got that color. Everyday use. Sole is definitely non-skid on wet surfaces. Good buy!

I consider these shoes one of my best investments given they are durable and have enabled many outdoor adventures. I like the fact that they are water resistant and have great traction. They are worth every penny.

I've always been a fan of the Merrell Moab series but decided to take an adventure and try different shoes because I walk around 8 miles a day. For the last 3 years, I've tried several different brands and styles of shoes and have struggled with finding shoes that I love. Since I couldn't find a shoe I love, I decided to go back to my Merrells and ordered these Moab 3's. I feel like I've been saved and found my way home. These are great shoes, super comfortable with great support and the style is on point. I'm never ordering another brand!

I love the Merrell Moab Hikers. I order extra when they come on sale, so that I have another pair handy once I wear out the miles. Great support for waland hiking.

Great hiking boots but I wear them a lot more. They were exactly what I needed for our trip to Sedona. Fits true to size. No complaints at all.

Thank you Zappos! : ) I will be ordering more and more for certain! The prices are great, s/h is fast and free - what more could anybody ask for? Merrell's rock! Had a pair fro almost 2 decades, wore them ww, all over the place until the soles finally wore through, had to have at least 10k miles in them, at least - and they lasted a very long time. I got the Moab 3 in Avocado, great color, not too dull and not too bright, not too deep, not too green, in the middle and the color matches with most t-shirt and blue jeans wear, so I'm good to go! Thanks again Zappo's... I'll be back! : )P

I recommend whatever fits your feet and properly supports your frame/weight, I like Nike and Merrell

I've been a huge fan of Merrells shoes and boots for years and wear them every where. I wear them working my job, for yard work, as casual shoes and hiking. I have different styles and colors and no matter which pair I wear they are all great.

These new Moab 3s fit and feel great. True size - not running small or large or narrow or wide: Right right on. They were a Christmas present (to myself or maybe from Santa?) so I have been wearing them everywhere , hiking and vacationing in Washington State, and plan on wearing them to work with a wear and tear situation-rotation. I wore Moabs back 10 years ago and they held up for several years in multiple situations beyond hiking, but I then switched to some competition that proved to be...not as durable for more money, so I am happy to be putting one foot in front of the other in these Moab 3's.

I wasn't sure what to expect with these shoes. I have narrow, hard to fit feet and a lot of shoes just don't feel or fit right. I am very particular and these shoes exceeded my expectations and are comfortable. look great and offer excellent support when walking or hiking. I haven't worn them much yet as it has been raining a lot, but so far, I really like these shoes.

First outing was a 6 mile hike including boulder scrambling and there were no issues at all. No blisters, hot spots, or rub areas. Love my Merrells!
