The shoe does NOT run true to size. About a half size too large.

I ordered these shoes in hopes that they would be classy looking and comfortable. Comfort was my main priority and unfortunately they were just not comfortable at all on my feet. The back of the shoe pinch my Achilles tendon every time I took a step. I am pretty sad because I totally love the look of the shoe.

I bought these in the tan leather. While they are super cute on, the first day I wore them to work I though I was going to need to chop my feet off by mid-day but I had to keep going. Maybe it will take some time to break in but I'm not looking forward to that process.

Man I really wanted these to work, but I found them to be a full size too small. Narrow too, not like my usual Nine West fit..I had tried the 11 (I'm a solid 11 usually) and they hurt so I got the 12. These fit, but they look enormous. Like giant gunboats pointing starboard. The toes are pointy and being a size 12 it's just too much. Going back and looking for a rounder toe...the search continues. Still a good shoe, just small sizing on this one.

So I was fully convinced these were a faux suede material but that's my mistake for not reading the full description. Unfortunately these were not to my liking and had to return them. These looked a little shiny with more of a silver color than grey and were half a size too big. I am usually a true 51/2 but these felt like they were a size 6.

I bought these shoes in search of a replacement for a pair of embossed patent leather black Nine West pumps that I have owned for years. I love about my existing pump and was trying to replicate a shoe with a long toe-box silhouette. The generous toe box of my old pair not only makes for an extremely comfortable shoe but a very sleek and shoe as well. I ordered and tried four pairs of black pumps (including these) costing around $100 each. I found that all of them (including this pair) had a short toe box, leading to a more professional or matronly silhouette and the â??rimâ?? of the shoe shows a hint of tan (instead of the black leather), making the shoe seem cheap. The shoe was otherwise comfortable but not what I was looking for. Sadly I had to return them and I am still on the looking for the perfect pair.

The nude color is perfect and the style is sexy but if you usually never wear heels, these are not the ones for you. The heel is high and they are not comfortable, I recommend a lower heel. They also run big, ordered 7.5 (my regular shoe size) and an 8, but had to return both to get a 7.

At first I loved this shoe. It was very comfortable and looked great. Unfortunately, after owning it for 6 months and wearing it 1-2x per week, the shoe was scuffed up and one of the heels broke. While it looked good, it was cheaply made.

These shoes run large, but the heel is tight. They are also uncomfortable. But very cute.

A shoe which makes the foot look smaller is generally prettier than one which makes it larger, I thought the toe area was too long and the vamp too high. The tip on the heel looked like an afterthought that didn t fit right. There was a small cut in the leather on the heel of the foot and a scrape in the toe indicating that this is not a finish that s going to last (Medium Pewter Metallic, no longer available just a week after I purchased). I love Nine West shoes usually but this style just wasn't the right one for me. Obviously others must like it since it come in so many finishes and colors. I prefer Nine West Shimmer and Callen, and also CK Gayle.

I generally love Nine West shoes but did not love these. The size seemed fine (7.5) my feet are a little more narrow than average and they were a bit roomy. The thing I didn't love is the side profile of the shoe. It's really straight looking rather than curving giving my foot a funny look. Also, the suede-like material didn't look great in the grey color. I plan to return these and look for a different style. As always Zappos service is fabulous. Love you Zappos!

Nine West has recut the toe box on this shoe. It looked a bit matronly. The leather quality looks poor compared to prior NW purchases. Returning this pair.

I have mixed feelings about this shoe. I bought the Grey Combo Synthetic first and loved them. Very comfortable and did not have any issues. I liked them so much I bought a second pair, this time the Black Synthetic. The inside the lining of the shoe tore after only one day of wearing them. Other than that, I find this shoe very comfortable but I am very disappointed in the lining falling apart. I would try to return them but I already disposed of the box.

The shoe looks great, but it's not the best fit. The width is a bit narrow, but the back tends to slip off when walking. I'm going to keep them, hoping that breaking them in will help.

Beautiful shoes, but too high for work (uncomfortable over time). Ok for a short date to dinner or a movie when you are mostly sitting down.

These shoes look really sexy and would go with a lot. However they felt about tight in the toe area and stiff all around. I did not want to take a chance that they would not break in so I returned them.

There's are a great shoe style-wise. Beautiful and comfortable, since it seems that Nine West put more cushioning in the sole than they normally do. I loved the looks of them so much I bought them in black and metallic navy. In all my years I've never had a heel snap on me but within a few hours of wearing both in ordinary conditions, the heels either snapped right off the base or started coming off the base. On further inspection it looks like the heel is held very minimally, with plastic like plugs rather than traditional nails. Zappos was great and exchanged them right away. I've worn the black ones out one evening to dinner with no problems so far. I'm hoping this is an issue related to maybe just the lot that my shoes came from as they're a beautiful shoe!

I've been wearing 9W heels in a size 8 forever with no problems. This one was extremely tight from ball of foot to toe. Yikes!

Zappos . . . LOVED the fast shipping; however, these suede shoes don't feel like real suede and they arrived with a very noticeable "dot" where the nape was worn down right on the top of the right shoe. Too bad! Cute shoes, but they looked damaged right out of the box

Beautiful color and finish, but the toe ison the pointier side. The size 5 was huge on me so I have to send it back.

I purchased both a black and brown pair of Nine West Flax because I was looking for a classy looking, moderately high, pointy toe shoe to wear to work. They are extremely comfortable, but after several wears, the stitching of the inside cream lining to the black leather near the toe cleavage area of my black pair came apart making the shoes unwearable as they became too big and wouldn't stay on. So far, I have not had this problem with the brown pair. It's a beautiful shoe no doubt, but be wary of this issue when making your decision.

Looks good on but highly uncomfortable. I have a regular foot and sometime buy narrow but I felt like my feet were squeezed in. Too bad I wore them and threw out the box. I would have returned them since I will never wear them again!

I bought these shoes based off of the reviews but I have to say that I was quite disappointed with the way it fits on me. I was in dire need of some black pumps that I could wear for professional events such as work, conferences, etc. I have rather small feet (usually a true 5) and I ordered these thinking they would be a perfect fit. Since I needed the shoes right when I received them I was unable to return them but I would not recommend these shoes for people that have smaller sized feet. My toes constantly feel pushed up towards the front of the shoes and I always have a gap between the back of the shoe and my heel. Maybe I just got a faulty product but if it doesn't fit the first time you wear it return it!

These shoes run large, I usually wear a 7½ or 7. I ordered a 7 and it is definitely about half a size too big. I need them for my sister's upcoming wedding so I am just going to put those sticky inserts in the heel to take up the extra space, hopefully that will help. They are definitely not great to walk in either. I thought after reading the reviews they would be pretty comfortable for heels but they seem to be some of the most uncomfortable heels that I have ever put on. I have not worn them out yet so hopefully I am just not used to them! They are definitely narrow in the toe but you need to expect that with pointed toes.

I actually did not like this shoe too much...I was expecting this to be the replacement for my favorite Nine West pump the "Barb", but I guess that Nine West no longer makes this shoe! The front was a bit too narrow and short for me, but overall it is a comfortable shoe and your basic black pump.
