I mainly like this shoe because if its sole and fit. It has a nice structured feel when hiking/walking. The shoe looks good too.

Only had them a few days and short walks but they are extremely comfortable and feel almost springy on pavement. Haven't tested the water resistance yet but was one of main reasons for getting them. The wide fit is great for me as normal width is pinches on the toes. Some shoes just feel right the minute you put them on, don't have to break them in, and this pair is like that.

The toebox seemed small, even with wide. Felt smaller than most other shoes I wear in the same size/width.

I typically wear an 11 wide. However, Columbia's shoe apparently is not as roomy as the norm. I love the look and the tread. I've really not been able to wear because they do not fit.

In general, it is a suitable shoe for walking, it does not tire the feet and has a high sole.

Walking/hiking shoe is comfortable right out of the box but is not waterproof. I walked for a hour in wet grass and my feet got very wet. I did not purchase the shoe with that in mind but if that is a big concern then it may not be for you.

I like the look and solid construction of this shoe and it has shown to be waterproof, I walked in the rain through grass and stayed dry. I'm still breaking them in. I had to order my size in Wide.

I like being barefoot and spreading my toes. Show feels a bit tight width-wise. I tried a specifically-wide shoe before and felt too much space, so I opted for the normal width. I'm 123lbs at 5'11", so my foot must be plenty narrow. Otherwise, it's comfy and looks cool and most importantly, I expect it to keep my foot dry while I wade through wet grass

Being a woman with a wide foot I chose mens after reading they were wider. They were definitely wide enough. They are pretty comfortable. There is a place near the heel that switches materials making it feel like the shoes are falling off. That is annoying at first but I was able to get used to it. Pros: Comfortable, wide enough and kept most of my foot dry, including all toes in a downpour. cons: The black material around the opening retains water. The back of the heel (achilles tendon) was wet and rubbing causing a blister. The material is not quick-drying.

Very nice and comfortable. I have been looking for a water proof shoe for work and so far this has worked for me.

Beautiful shoes but I use to wear 7.5 and this pair I can't wear it with sucks because then are to small. I should ask 8. :(

So far so good. Only worn a couple times and not in the rain yet but if they are like any of my other outdry shoes they'll be great.

Both the width and size were too small. I even ordered a wide and it seemed tight. Also, shoe appeared to be very clunky looking.

I went to a store and tried on two Columbia sneakers size 8/12 and 9. According to the Columbia sneakers I tried on, I wore an 8/12. Then I ordered these 8/15 sneakers. However these 8/12 sneakers are really a size 8. Sent them back and ordered a size 9.

I wanted to like these - I like the way they look, they have great traction and I was excited about the Outdry feature. However, these shoes are small. I don't think it's the length and maybe not even the width but rather height of the shoe / amount of material that covers the foot - they are beyond snug and even leave red marks through my socks on one foot. The arch support feels like it starts too far back in the foot as well. I wore them a few days hoping they'd break in - no such luck and and I've blown the return as they are worn. Shoe laces could have been longer too but otherwise liked the style of those.

Nice sturdy shoe, great for hiking but with one exception. The shoelace eyelets are fabric. i don't know why in the world they did that but when one breaks which one did almost immediately, the whole shoelace scheme is thrown off and it looks like crap and they can't be tied securely because of it!
