This product is not complimented..

Sadly, as with many big name products, over time the quality seems to go downhill rather quickly. My new UGGS fit well, yet feel like i am walking on the floor. The sole has padding but not very much and rather poorly distributed. I think the slipper is made ok, yet, the interior padding will never make it. This is my fifth, maybe 6th pair of different UGG styles I have purchased over the last ten years or so. Time to look for another brand with the old UGGS quality.

Bought a Size 9 as a gift to my husband but the slippers were too small so I had to exchanged them for a Size 11, much larger size than he usually wears. But the exchanged item did not meet our expectations either so I wanted to return them and it is where I have experienced the worst customer service ever. The exchanged item was missing on the Return page so there was no way to return them until I contact the Support. Unfortunately three support agents that I chatted to on their website were incompetent to resolve the issue, every time asking to follow up later. Very Disappointing!

These are a dangerous kind of slipper. It has no real structure, so the entire slipper loses any real form fitting structure for your feet. The sides have become so loose that I have tripped because my foot has come past the soles on the bottom of the slipper. I feel totally manipulated by its description and had I not worn them several times, I would demand my money back. Shame on the company that made these.

Comfortable and good looking slipper but can't speak for the quality since they lasted about 20 minutes. The pull tab completely ripped off the second time I put the slippers on. I have put shoes on that have pull tabs from brands such as Nike, Blundstone and Doc Martens, and Ugg is the first brand that I have used a feature that is designed to be used like that, and has failed. Disappointed to say the least.

I love these shoes more than anything. I would wear them everyday. But day 1 of me wearing them the heel tab completely came out of its stitches :(
