My only nit is that the out-sole could be firmer, as I live in a rural area and wear the shoes outdoors on grassy and gravelly ground.

Always get one size up when buying slipper or slides

Very low instep. I usually wear a 9 or a 10. I ordered an 11. Length is fine. Instep is way to low. Very tight instep and considerable discomfort.

I returned them. They stretched out. I liked them till they started doing that. They need to be fixed.

The back tongue has broken already. The shoes feels as if it will fall off your foot. I got true to size and it was too big.

Black color makes your feet black so have to wear socks with them

The back pull tag on the broke on day one. Literally the second time I went to put them on. I would definitely expect a $100+ pair of slippers to be more reliable and not break instantly. Outside of this they are warm and comfy.

First, I have 3 pairs of Uggs & I love them. I will continue to wear Uggs. This particular purchase did not work for me. I have very narrow heels. And my heels slipped out of the slippers to easily. Therefore, I returned them. They may work perfectly for you. Regardless, the return policy is awesome and I appreciate it.

I always wear an 8. These were too short in a size 8. I. had to return them.

Came 3 weeks after I ordered, so missed going on the trip I needed them for. Had to buy a different slipper on my trip. Hard to get on, needed to use a shoe horn. The pull tab broke the first time I tried to use it. Only UGG product I have not been fully satisfied with.

My original pair, in white, began to fray at the seams after only a month or so. Given that, I submitted a form for this green replacement pair. Looking at how these slippers are made, I came to the conclusion that a replacement pair would end up the same way. I did not send in my originals and will order from a different brand as these slippers are just not very good.

I got the dark green once my foot goes in but it's really tight I wear a size 7 but need to get a bigger size to see if they fit better

Unfortunately if you have a high instep. These are not for you. I unfortunately had to send them back. No worries I was able to get the maxi clog to work. Always UGGS all the time!!!!!!

These look good and fit well, however they insulation is more thin than expected around the top of the slipper. Also, the heel loop broke off the seems when first attempting to put the shoe on. Very disappointing, I hope UGG will make this issue right.

I bought a pair of UGG slip-ons from the UGG website. I am a size 12. I tried on a size 12 in the store and determined 12 was the correct size. I waited for a sale and ordered from their online store. The pair I received was TOO SMALL for my feet by an inch. Defective product? I don't know, but not what I tried on in the store and definitely not a true 12. They would not honor the sale price in return, claiming I would have to pay $40-50 more full price to exchange, and after much arguing I returned for a credit rather than an exchange. Then they did not credit the full amount, keeping the $10 shipping fee - despite them sending me a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! I spoke with several people about the return on several different calls and was told they would provide a FULL REFUND. Now I have to call again and continue arguing. Ordering from UGG has been a complete hassle - This company so far has provided a defective product, made it difficult to return, and did not honor the full refund as promised... I will never order from this company again and be a detractor of this brand and it's policies forever. I plan to deal with my bank to attempt a chargeback, since UGG has revealed itself to be a brand lacking integrity. AVOID UGG, find another alternative!

I'm returning the slippers because they're made in Vietnam and they're starting to peel after a couple days. They're very warm which is a plus I like that. The top part is made out of recyclable materials, but they're not as fluffy on the inside, but they're starting to peel they're made in Vietnam, which they're not made in Australia, which really bothers me. This isn't what I expected from. UGG I am returning them for a refund really disappointed, I really love my Keaton boots very much but this I was really shocked and they stretched out by the way.

These are lovely slipper warm and comfortable but they did not last longer than 10 moths. The fabric is thin on the toe, like a bomber jacket material and foam filled, and my husband snagged it. Now they are torn. The other foot is wearing thin so this will go soon too. He only wears them in the house when working from home. Expensive product for 10 months wear.

I ordered a product online size 12 on sale. I am a size 12 and all my shoes are 12. I have been to the store to do my research before purchasing and tried on the size 12, and decided 12 was the right size. I waited for a sale. Once on sale, I bought it. Item arrived too small for my feet. does not fit without toes curling into end. Maybe a defective product? UGG will not honor the sale price on an even exchange for another like item 12 or larger size 13. Now telling me will still charge me for shipping me a possible defective product. Not worth it this hassle.

It's not UGG slippers or shoes. My husband and son both said they are too firm and slippery. Will return them all.

My son received these Uggs Tasmans for Christmas. He really wanted to be able to wear them to and from sports changing into cleats when he gets to the field or sneakers when he gets to basketball. Nope. They'll never make it that far. It is now January 1st and they are already falling apart after very light week of wearing them around the house in between Christmas and New Years. I wish they allow the upload of pictures. You would be horrified at the shoddy craftsmanship of these slippers. The seams are just melting away and they never even got wet. Ridiculously expensive and hard to get. Such a let down.
