I really enjoy this sweater! Comfortable and warm.

Awesome sweater, however I'm 6"3 and 245lbs. I ordered an XL tall and it is a little long in the torso but perfect in the arms.

This is a very nice sweater. I gave it to my husband and have noticed he wears it often. With jeans or dressed up, it looks great. Colors are striking and very versatile. He says it's very warm but not stifling - perfect for this frigid snap of weather we've been having. He works in an at-home office and it's a great sweater for conference calls, too!

Love it! The ragg wool sweater keeps me warm when i pair it with a cotton turtleneck. The color is neutral and can easily be paired with other colors. I do wish that it came in a smaller size but I'm ok with it as is because itself so easy to layer underneath it.

My second one of these, first one lasted 30 years. Warm, comfortable, size true, looks great, a classic, my go to sweater. Buy this one.

Received this as a gift. I have not worn it for an extended time (like all day) yet; although, I did try it on. It fits great The wool is nice and soft which is what one expects from premium lambs wool. We are getting into colder weather now so I look forward to wearing it. I would definitely recommend this sweater to a friend. My sweater, as ordered and received, is a Regular XL, my height 6'0", weight 205. I live in Hanover, PA.

My husband loves this yellow wool sweater. The color is bright and cheerful. It's a midweight sweater but still warm with a flannel shirt underneath.

Hard to find a nice ragg wool sweater... this is a replacement for one that was much loved. This one will be too

Got two which when it gets into the 40's will be good. Sadly this is a warmer winter. But I love wool sweaters and that is what these are

This is a great, hard working, classic wool sweater!! I just received a replacement for one I've been wearing for nearly 20 years. One of the best sweaters I have owned. Its warm, versatile and maintained its shape and color over all of these years. Used for travel, yard work, shoveling snow or cleaned-up for casual restaurant diner. Maintained using dry cleaner and wool cycle in the washer.

I needed a warm sweater to wear as the top layer of several sweaters. This wool sweater is comfortable and warm and very satisfying.

This is the third or fourth LLBean sweater I've purchased, and I will buy more. Very high quality, pure wool, very warm. The kind of sweater you don't really find anywhere anymore.

Warm and comfortable to wear. Washed once already and did not shrink at all.

Love this sweater. Chunky knit wool. Tough construction. Classic ll bean traditional fit. If you're worried about the sizing, but own traditional fit shirts from them, go with same sizing. I typically wear L, but am a medium in ll bean traditional fit (I wear large for slim fitted, and am 6', 200lb). If you are going off of the size chart, I find it not to be true to size. I wear a size 44 in chest, but the large would just be too big and baggy. The smell is lanolin as typical with most wool products, it's not at all noxious and I only noticed it because I deliberately smelled the fabric when I got it. I love the color and it is quite warm. Great to use as a mid layer. Over an undershirt and Beneath a jacket. It's not the softest wool, but it is not advertised as such. This isn't an Italian merino wool sweater, it serves a different purpose. It's rugged and warm.

The fit and the quality that you can't get anywhere else. It's the thickest sweater material ever. I really like everything about it.

These sweaters are comfortable, keep you warm without getting overheated, and look good. Main thing to keep in mind is that they are vanity-sized. I usually wear large but for these I had to go to small.
