Wife had to cut off 5 inches, then fold, and hem. Otherwise I would be tripping and falling all over the place. Why not offer these in lengths???

Well made. Very comfortable. Warm. Great for the chilly evenings in Maine. However, there is no opening in the front. Kind of inconvenient if you're a guy. I guess these could be unisex.

Sleep pants are good in every way but price. Nearly $50 for a product that is indiscernible from sleep pants at one-fourth the price. Bean stuff is usually slightly more expensive and well worth it, but 4x the price for no difference in quality for a sleep pant doesn't work for me.

He loved the feel and fit but returned them because there was no fly area.

I liked the PJ bottoms, except there was no fly. That diminished my enthusiasm for the product.

I recommend going down a size for these pj pants. They are soft and warm so just the size is off.

These were a gift for my son. Way to long by at least five inches. Cannot imagine the tall size if regular are this long!

I did not read closely that they did not have a button fly. If I would see they did not have it I would of not ordered them. They were long also. if there is still no button fly I will not order them again.

These are nice comfortable pajama bottoms which fit well. My only suggestion would be that LL Bean make the flannel a heavier weight flannel. This particular items is too light for my taste however it still makes a nice quality pajama. I hope this item returns next year heavier and with more color options, classic blue green perhaps.

The quality of the llbean flannel is what you would expect. Very soft. Unfortunately, these pants run very large. LLbean has a great return process so changing for the smaller size is not an issue, just an extra task on my to-do list.

I have purchased these before and the size was fine. These are about 6 inches too long. I understand that sizes in China are not uniform and that mail order clothes purchases are really random. I have had this issue before through other outlets and with pants at LL Bean Too bad that LL Bean can't find a source where sizes are uniform to the US. Maybe they just need to go to a different province in China.

Looks and feels great, but I ordered the "Regular" (not "Tall") and it was still too long. I am avg. height (5'10")but had to alter it by cutting off 3 inches from the legs.

Nice warm PJs, but after five months as my non-primary PJ pants they tore where the legs join. This is where all my PJ pants eventually fail, but none after only five months. So you'll enjoy them, but not for too long.

Soft material. Good color. Had to order large to get correct length even though my waist calls for medium. There is no fly. Recommend L. L. Bean redesign and add single button fly and medium size with longer inseams.

I bought these as a gift to go with the matching robe. I had to wait ,for they were on back order. They arrived and all was good. Fabric, flannel was very nice. The problem with them is that they have no fly opening in the front, so the person I bought them for complained that this was a pain for frequent trips to the bathroom during the night. Very disappointed. Have never bought a pair of PJ bottoms that had this issue. And they were expensive.

I've purchased these 3 times now and have noticed two issues: 1. Two out of three times the length exceeded the 30" by about 1.5 to 2.0 inches 2. the material doesn't hold up very well in light use... about 1 year and significant wear is showing. Shame because I like the colors and initial feel.

No slot to urinate, no back pocket, plaid lines do not line up, I would no recommend this purchase quality did not meet my expectations. Fit was fine .

These sleep pants are fine but the decision to not have a fly is inexplicable. I'd purchase more in a heartbeat but I won't.

I'm a little surprised that these pants have no fly on the front. I also ordered the same in dark gray and those pants have a fly. . Strange.

Already owned a pair similar to these that was purchased from llbean a few years ago. Felt safe ordering again because original is great and has worn very well. Alas, like so much else today the quality of this new pair is not quite as good. Fabric doesn't seem as heavy and the right leg is at least one inch shorter than the left. I'm keeping them, but will not order these again.

The color and size of these pajamas was acceptable. However, on the first washing the piling was extraordinary. When I put these into the dryer (all by itself of course), I had to clean the lint filter 5 times and even had to wipe down the inside of the dryer door where wet lint in clumps collected. I've never seen such inferior flannel material in my many years of buying flannel products. I will throw these away. Not worth the hassle to return.

Material is super thin compared to what it used to be after a single wash they look really bad. Sad to see a brand degrade like this.

I thought to try a men's size in lightweight flannel sleep pants. Did not care for the wide waist band and the sale color not appealing in person. Had to return. Wish there were more choices in Plus sizing for women with a non-wide elastic waist band and draw cord, thinner flannel plaid, like my fav, grey stewart ! I purchased men's XL and 32" inseam but that was too long. Next time I would order XL and 30" inseam.
