I have ordered these shirts 2x before in a variety of colors, and loved them. However, since my last order in Nov 2024, there has been a significant design change. The quality remains superior, but I was greatly disappointed the neck holes are now made so small that I could hear the stitching stress as I struggled to pull it on. Just now getting around to returning all 3, and hoping the company will correct this defect with its manufacturer. Would like not to be charged the $6.50 return fee.

I bought this because I thought it was going to be slightly fitted, as described. Not only is it not slightly fitted, it's more baggy than most regular sized shirts. I ordered a medium and it fits like a baggy large. If you're a bigger person this shirt would probably be pretty comfortable and perhaps a "slightly fitted". If you're on the slimmer side this shirt will be very loose and baggy. It's otherwise a nice, well made product.

Looks more like wool when received. Not as expected. Plus, Tall sizes of this are not Tall at all. 2 inches to small in torso.

Over priced, and under weight. Not the quality I expected.

Size on this was listed as slightly fitted which was not even close. I ordered two of these for my son in law and they were very wide, probably the most "off description" I have ever ordered. My husband does not wear 'slightly fitted' and you could have almost put two of him in the width of this shirt.

I ordered one of these about a year ago and it was PERFECT so I decided to order a couple more, and what I got, despite ordering the exact same size fit like a complete size smaller than my previous order. I am initiating a return.

Too loose especially in the lower back area. Forced to use it as a tuck in which defeated the purpose if getting both if them. Very unhappy, they sit in my closet unused

This week, I ordered one of these shirts in Medium. It came today. I liked the color and the style. I was looking forward to wearing it with casual pants and sneakers. It will be returned tomorrow. I am disappointed. When I tried it on, I could not fully cross my arms in front of my chest. That's a deal breaker for me. This happened with another "slightly fitted" shirt I tried last year. It was promptly returned. Please offer a "traditional cut" of this shirt.

Everything about this shirt was as written on the web site. However I returned it due to the workmanship. There were very noticeable hanging threads around the front collar. Since the shirt was to be a gift I choose to return it.

Oversized, extremely soft thin material, doesn't feel like cotton

I'm 6'5", so purchased this item in Tall, but it wasn't anywhere near proportioned properly. It still fit like a standard size. Big disappointment.

What happened to sizing and weight of these? I've owned many of these crewnecks in the past, so I was excited to get a couple of more colors. The Medium size ones that arrived were probably closer to XL, and frankly almost see through. Very, disappointing as the previous ones have been a staple in my day wear in the Northern CA winter for years. I need to reassess my buying habits from LL Beam

I bought this shirt in 2 different colors, 1 was made in Viet Nam and fit perfectly (Large Tall), the other one was made in Indonesia and did not fit properly at all...weird L.L. Bean... I would like to be able to buy this shirt again, and recommend this shirt to others, but how to trust what I will receive?

I bought a small but it's pretty much a medium plus. Size run way too big

Brought this and the same item in a different color. However, this particular item shrank in the wash and the other one didn't. Will return to the store but hopefully this is an isolated incident.
