Overall this shirt is awesome. Very thick cotton and super comfortable. I'm 5'8" with a bit of a belly but the medium fits perfectly. It is slightly fitted as they say but not so much that it's skin right on my midsection. My only complaint is that they still use a traditional tag along the side seam near the waist. I did cut it off, and quite closely to the stitching, but you can still feel it scratching in certain positions. This would be five stars if not for that. I feel like these days most companies have learned that tagless is much better, and I'd love to see LL Bean get on board.

A little heavier than I thought it would be ... but very comfortable ... great for the "lazy, relaxing" times

Nice heavier, two toned tee. Great feel. Have worn and washed twice, so far pleased. We'll see how it stands up.

These shirts are thinker than normal t-shirts, the material is soft with flat sewn seams, feels good against your skin. Comfortable. Great alone or as base under something else. Very little shrinkage, fits true to size. My new favorite long sleeve! Just bought a second one.

Fit is smaller than usual. Neck just a bit big, but good quality from Llbean as usual.

This is a soft comfortable shirt. I bought these in tall for my son previously and he really liked them. Unfortunately they no longer come in Tall. I tried the regular length hoping they may be a bit longer, but with his 6'2" height, it was just too short.

It shrunk a lot after one washing. Initially true to size.

I like the style and quality of the shirt, but I bought a "tall" size for my husband and it was incredibly baggy. He normally wears XL shirts but the "tall" xl was billowing on him. Not everyone who is tall is also "big."

Comfortable, but doesn't feel as strong as the fabric these used to made from. I don't know, time will tell, if it lasts as long as they used to I'll get my money's worth and if it wears out faster I won't.

This shirt looks nice, fits well and is quite comfortable. The only reason it gets 3 stars is that it is listed under the Sweatshirts and Fleece category, but I would definitely not consider this a sweatshirt. This is more of a slightly heavy long-sleeve t-shirt. It's a little heftier than my t-shirts, but not similar in weight to any of my sweatshirts. So, if you don't need it for winter, then it's a good fall/spring shirt, but don't expect a sweatshirt.

The shoulders and arms fit well but the bottom was too wide. I bought this for my boyfriend and we will be returning it.

As always, LL Bean quality rocks. Was it worth the almost year-long wait (also arriving well outside of its wearable season)? I think a gift-card or discount for the inconvenience would have been appropriate. We are happy to have finally received it, but can't speak to wear & wash endurance until this coming fall/winter.

I have several X-Large shirts from LLBean that fit right. This shirt wasn't "fitted" or tapered (was what I call "baggy") and the sleeves were too long. I sent it back.

Love the color and quality of the shirt but, as in at least one other review, the body of the shirt is too short for me. It's 3-4 inches shorter than an LL Bean long sleeve t-shirt and as I sometimes like to tuck these shirts in, this one will not stay tucked in. For 6'2" I have longer than normal legs and shorter than normal torso so this shirt would fit even shorter if my torso was a normal length. The sleeves were fine as was the fit outside of being too short. However, as I really do like the shirt, I'm going to exchange for a tall to see if this fixes my issue.

I really wanted to love these shirts. I like the style. I like the fabric weight. I like all the color combination s. Everything is great except a major flaw. Too short. This shirt needs to be a good 3 inches longer, even in the tall size it is nowhere near being long enough which makes for a circus tent effect. It barely makes it to my belt line so any movement makes your gut show. All my other bean items are just right or maybe a little big on my xl tall. Make the tall shirts longer and I'll buy every color. Disappointed.

I do like the feel of it, but it simply does not allow your body heat to escape and you end up sweating in it.

I returned a large and still waiting for the medium. Unlike other reviews I read for me the length seemed fine. But the width of the shirt was to big. It seemed like it was cut like a square with too much material in the chest area and upper arms. I liked the colors and the material was thick and nice. Other than the weird cut it seemed like a nice shirt. Hopefully the medium will fit better.

I love the shirt itself, it just doesn't fit right. It says that it is "slightly fitted" but I don't really see where it is. The chest looks fine but the waist area is way too loose and the back, kind of has that "hanging" look. I'm thin but based on the sizing chart, I was expecting it to fit a little more snug. This is definitely the kind of shirt that should have a fitted look. Too bad. I wish I had returned it when I could.

I purchased 2 {Washed Cotton Double-Knit Crewneck, Slightly Fitted Long-Sleeve Colorblock} shirts and have been very careful with washing them, however, I wondered if they could be dried in a dryer rather than hanging them. I contacted your customer service and was informed that there would be minimal shrinkage, so minimal as to not be noticeable. I tried one in the dryer today on the low setting and have discovered the selves shrank 2 inches. I am very disappointed in the advice I was given. fall I purchased 2 Washed Cotton Double-Knit Crewneck Shirts and have been very careful with washing them, however, I wondered if they could be dried in a dryer rather than hanging them. I contacted LL Bean customer service and I was informed that would okay and there would be minimal shrinkage, so minimal as to not be noticeable. I tried one in the dryer today on the low setting and have discovered the sleeves shrank 2 inches. I am very disappointed in the advice I was given. I again contacted customer service. I was informed that an an exchange was not possible since the shirt color is no longer a available. It was suggested that I rewash the shirt and stretch the sleeves and lay it flat to dry?! I really liked the shirt and especially the fit. Sorry to say I feel the shirt has been ruined and there is no reasonable solution presented from LL Bean.

I was very excited to give this shirt as a gift, but when the recipient put it on, I immediately noticed what looked like a stain right near the chest area. Very disapppinting.
