It's well made. I wear it as a sweater, basically. It's quite heavy with a dense weave. I have two and wear them both nearly every week.

Great shirt. I love it. Size Large/Regular fit like a Large/Extra Tall which is my size.

This shirt is a nice, thick material - very good quality. My husband likes the wide cuffs on each sleeve, and the oyster color is subtle and different. Shirt shrank slightly in dryer, which he wanted, as it was just a bit long on him out of the box.

Very nice, well made, excellent quality. The deep marine blue is a wonderful color.

My husband loves this. The color (burgundy), the fabric, the fit. I can't speak yet as to its durability, but it survived its first laundry in good shape. (Cool wash, air dry on wooden rack)

I purchased a shirt from another vendor and that was a waste of money!! Bean's is sooo much better. Now I hope for temps to wear it.

Perfect heavyweight cotton waffle weave in all cotton which is hard to find. My 21-year-old loves the slim cut but still roomy fit. Note that the sleeves are very long - my 6-foot tall son who never comes across sleeves that are too long was surprised, and noted it was nice that he could pull.them over his hands if he were cold. I laughed and showed h how he could turn up.the cuff, something he's never had to do before. Shirt looks great either way!

I really liked the thickness of this shirt. I have the woman's version of the waffle shirt and although it is nice, it is not as thick and warm. So I bought the men's small. It is a little big in the body, but doable. I will agree with other reviewers that the arms do seem long- even for a men's shirt. I just fold the cuffs. I got it in more than one color and plan on wearing it under vests. I would buy again, but I wish the woman's waffle shirts would be as warm. We get cold too!

LLBeans dirty little secret? Why LLBean doesn't advertise this shirt I don't know. I accidentally found this shirt, it doesn't show up in "Mens Shirts," it showed up in a Google search. Why is this available only in "slim"? This is America, the vast majority of men in this country are not "slim". I would rather have one in "regular" but if I hang dry this it reverts to "regular". This is one of LLBean's best casual shirts and it is not available in "regular" (only slim) and it isn't found in "mens shirts".

This is warm and a notch above. Made with the quality LL Bean represents.
