The material in these shirts looks good and stands up to a lot of washing but doesn't look much different than when it was new. Still wearing the Henley shirt, different color, I was gifted in 2000.

I came looking for this two layer shirt for my husband. It is just what I was wishing for. He wears it while hand-tool woodworking in a cool environment. So far he enjoys the cotton/wool blend; not too hot, not too cool for his activity level. Yes! He's the papa bear.

I used to wear this shirt a few decades ago and they are still well made, soft, comfortable, warm and fit well. I'm glad llbean is carrying them.

I love these shirts. I'm outside in cold weather and these shirts our great to wear under a wool or heavy flannel. LL Bean is my only source for purchasing them.

I buy these shirts every year for my husband because he is always cold during the winter season. These shirts keep him warm and comfortable, the a great for layering as well. They wash and wear exceedingly well. I highly recommend!

Wool blended with quality cotton, warm, made in Canada, quality consistent year after. I bought a new one in a different color the last four years and they look great under a plaid wool or heavy flannel shirt. We live in Northwest Montana near Glacier National Park. Our Winters are spectacular and my go to Baselayer includes this well made Two-Layer River Driver Long Sleeve Henley Style Canadian made shirt.

Excellent shirt great color. I liked the two color baseball style River Driver shirts they don't currently offer that option.

pricey but you totally get more than what you pay for. the wool is super warm and the inner cotton blend very comfortable, similar to a heavy weight smart wool, but more for everyday wearing rather that sweating in for winter sports

So glad l bought this shirt. Had one a few years ago and don't know what became of it. The heft, weight, and feel of this shirt SCREAM "cozy". I have purchased other Henley shirts from other companies, and they're just not the same. I know these are expensive but this shirt is worth it. Awesome they've come out with new and different colors. I think two more will round out my wardrobe just perfectly.

I bought my first one in 1993. I fought forest fires as a sawyer on a USFS Hotshot crew for 19 yrs. Winter logging in N. Idaho for almost 30 yrs. This shirt was my go to and I still wear it. Holes in the armpits, at the elbows and it's soft n warm. And have two of the new ones.
