Your sizing is absolute chaos. Completely inconsistent. And then we have to pay to ship it back. Mediums are larges. Smalls might be smalls or maybe a medium. Slim fit? Yeah right. For who? A linebacker?

It fit perfectly across my shoulders and chest but was huge around the waist. Great looking sweatshirt, but I had to return it.

Not really a fleece. Isn't very cozy nor warm. 88

Gift. Nice material and great color (Hunter). I have many LLB shirts and sweatshirts. This one I would categorize as a slim fit. Not consistent with usual LLB sizing. I know it's a sweatshirt but I hate the gaudy logo which does nothing but cheapen the shirt (and advertise for LLB). And, sad to say, it stops me from purchasing another one. I'd be interested in LLB doing a poll on how others feel about logos like this one.

Waist band is not adequate. There is no change from the shirt to the elastic band. It hangs straight down instead of resting at your waist line. I literally took this to an alteration place to take it in at the bottom.

Ordered this in charcoal, medium, and it fit well. Ordered another in hunter and it's much too small. Large would be too long in both arms and torso. Sent it back and gave up. Very disappointed.

I returned this sweatshirt because I did not like the fit or the style.

I liked this high quality sweatshirt but I'm in between sizes. Large is too small and XL is too big. In addition it's tapered a bit and quilting doesn't allow the fabric to stretch.

Fit was too baggy. Medium Tall typically fits me very well from LL Bean but perhaps this applies more to Slim Fit (this garment is Regular Fit). Also, the color in the image on the website ("Antique Gold") seems brighter yellow than it is in person (the actual color is more of a brown mustard).

Size was too large, tailored for narrow next, big stomach. Material felt thick and cozy. Will return or try a small.

Too Big. This does not appear to be meant for slim or athletic builds. Too baggy and bulky

I was looking for a sweatshirt to order in place of the Bean Classic Crewneck Sweatshirt, which, it seems, has been discontinued. WHY? I have three of those--they're great. This sweatshirt in the same size (large) doesn't fit, particularly in the neck and chest. Bring back the Classic Crewneck Sweatshirt!

The banded bottom had not tension so the sweatshirt hung like a sack with no tension around the waste.

L L Bean has decided to remove the additional lining on this product but kept the price the same. Using the same product number and size, I ordered this second color because my partner loves the first one. When this one came, there was no sewn in insulating liner, just one layer. Disappointing and frustrating to see L L Bean join everyone else by making lower quality products overseas and expecting the customer to pay the same L L Bean prices that are higher than other brands.

I'm average build and it just seemed too boxy for me.

The waistband is way to loose. Even though the picture shows the waistband as wide as the sweatshirt I thought it would hug tighter around the waist like the sleeve cuffs do around the wrists. With the waistband being so wide it lets cold air in at the bottom of the sweatshirt which makes the whole idea of a warm sweatshirt fail. Like wearing a short poncho. The quilted upper part is very nice.

Not as nice as I thought it would be! Not up to LLBean standards, in my estimation!

I was very excited to purchase this item for my husband. I liked the color and the quilting and thought it would be a good addition to his winter wardrobe. Unfortunately it was much too large and hung like a sack around his waist. The banding at the bottom was nonfunctional. I still liked the quilting and the color, but returned this item for a refund as he did not want to exchange it for a smaller size.

Fraying started at the seams around the neck. Otherwise comfortable sweatshirt

Needs a more athletic or slim fit. I like the color and pattern, but returned due to fit.
