I get compliments every time I wear it. This material is really soft. I also gave one each to two of my grandsons, who really like them.

For guys my size it would really be nice to offer sleeve shortening as an option

I purchased two of these shirts for a Christmas gift for my husband. He immediately declared them the best and most comfortable flannel shirts he's ever worn! I had also purchased two flannel shirts from another company which he did not care for. I returned them after Christmas in hopes of replacing them with two more of these organic L.L. Bean flannel shirts. Alas, only the navy blue and white one was still available in his size, XL. So now he is the proud owner of three very comfy flannel shirts but we would like to purchase more in order to recycle some of the many other flannel shirts he has. Please let us know when the stock is refreshed!

This medium weight flannel shirt can be used tucked in or untucked over a tee. It washes well with little shrinkage and its colors remain true after washing. The tall size fIts my long torso perfectly.

Fits well and is very comfortable to wear. It feels durable.

This organic cotton flannel shirt is a very quality. Even though you can get heavier shirts, the tight weave and softness make it well worth the money for a warm overshirt.

It's a good looking shirt, feels soft and warm, and the large/tall fit perfectly. I's nice to be able to roll up my sleeves because I want to and not because I have 4 inches of forearm sticking out and have to.

Nice thick flannel with TWO pockets. Very warm. My husband wears it again as soon as it is laundered.

I received this shirt from my wife for Christmas. She decided to go with the slightly fitted large tall size and this decision was a first for me. As a tall slender build guy I really like the fit. The shirt is a little more tight in my upper body and this was a good thing. I have always preferred xl tall in my button shirts so a slightly fitted tall large made me a bit nervous. I'm pleasantly surprised by the fit and It will now be my go to size selection. I also love the heft of the material. Very soft and warm. Having washed and worn it a couple of times I think this shirt will be perfect for cold midwestern winter days. However if you want to maintain the size I would recommend not drying the garment very long to keep shrinking to a minimum.

I bought both this product and "Scotch Plaid Flannel Shirt, Slightly Fitted." Although both of those shirts are great, this product is slightly thicker and softer. It also has a slightly richer texture. Love this item.

My boyfriend loves LL Bean flannel shirts. The colors are great, and the Medium-Tall fits him perfectly.

This shirt is super soft and cozy plus it looks really nice. My fussy husband even loves it. In fact, we got a size small for me and a medium for him of the same pattern and it's fun to wear it together. I got one for my brother-in-law too.The shirts are heavy enough to be warm, but not enough to feel bulky. I would consider buying more of these. Being organic is just a welcome detail.

Be aware that this slightly fitted shirt is cut quite different that the traditional fit--in more ways than just the body. I wear a Medium Tall in L.L.Bean's traditional fit chamois shirts. However, the same size in this shirt was too tight on me in the arms and shoulders, although it fit me just fine in the chest and body. I swapped it for a Large Regular, which fits me perfectly. Now that I have the correct size, I am very satisfied with the look, quality, and comfort and would buy more of these.

Love the soft organic cotton this shirt is made of. It's really comfortable and the colors are vibrant and have held up with washing and drying in the dryer.

This is a very comfortable shirt. I really like the heavier weight of the flannel and the straight cut across the hem is a nice change. I do wish the shirt was offered in traditional fit. While not a tight fit, the problem with slightly fitted is that I'm slightly fat and I might like something that would, uh..., show me off in my best light.

The Red Ochre slightly fitted flannel shirt is the most beautiful and comfortable that I've ever owned. Fit is excellent, true to size.

As always, LLBean brushed flannel men's shirt was of beautiful, thick flannel and fit my husband a little loosely. He wears layers of clothing. Washes well and will last for years. We both loved the new colors. Highly recommend.

I purchased the Red Ochre color in store a couple of months ago. I wear flannel to work nearly every non-hot day. This shirt immediately became my favorite, so much so that I have since purchased all but one of the six colors currently offered. The flannel is slightly thicker/heavier than Scotch Plaid. It might be the softest flannel I've come across. The slightly fitted style perfectly fits my body type. Such a comfortable and cozy shirt.
