The shirt is nice except you can't iron it. The care tag says do not iron.

I bought the deep wine color in L. It fits like an XL, quite loose, like a shirtjac. It was made in Sri Lanka. The arms are too long. I can't say I'm in love with the feel of the fabric. I was expecting a softer fabric.

Heavier than advertised. Vast shrinkage. Order a size larger.

Great Shirt but Tall is Too Tall for me. Reordered as a Regular, and it is Perfect. Women have complained for years that sizing is not standard between brands. I guess we have achieved gender equality.

I have purchased these shirts for my husband for years. They have always been a little longer than other brands. Now they seem to be made shorter in length. This is disappointing. We will not be ordering this shirt any more.

needed a large tall. but the tall was not only longer (sleeves and arm length) but also torso. just needed longer sleeves and length. did not need more room at abd. Not all tall people are "heavy"

This is a beautiful shirt but I believe this shirt is not sized right. I believe it really is an XXL. When you lay it on top of the XL it is bigger!

I bought this exact shirt last year for my boyfriend, same size, just different color and the size difference is crazy! He is swimming in the new one, at least four inches bigger in every direction. Size large for reference. The old one didn't shrink or anything like that- it is very disappointing. Bought two other shirts, a Henley and a waffle long sleeve and they both need to be exchanged for a smaller size as well. He is a large is all brands, never really an issue, so these are very strange especially compared to last year's sizing.

Nice shirt but seems to run large. Always order a size medium for my hubby, but this medium had very long sleeves and big in the chest. Called customer service and they suggested washing in warm water to try and shrink. Seemed to shrink slightly and will wash again as he would like to keep it but concerned that exchanging for a small would be too small.

I've always worn a small regular in this shirtI bought this to replace my current exact same shirt. It fits too small. I suspect it's because it was manufactured in a different country than my current shirt. Too bad that manufacturing varies so much by which country makes it for LLBean

Very warm, nice material, sleeves too short for me.

it was not LLBean quality, but they told metro return it so I did. No hassle return procedure and they paint for the return.

Medium is slightly too small for me, but ok if i leave one more button undone. Large is WAY too big.

I was disappointed that this shirt wasn't near as heavy material was your old ones no longer worth what is being charged. Fit was perfect as described but what happened to your quality.

This runs large, order a size down. Very soft, had to exchange for a smaller size

My husband was disappointed with the chamois shirt. He's had these in the past and noticed this was not the quality of his other ones, much thinner material.

Love the shirt. Heavy weight and my husband wears it frequently. The reason for 3 stars is that he just showed me a seam on the cuff that was not stitched properly and now there is a hole.

I have bought my husband many shirts from LLBean in tall (except for a mistake on this shirt which I ordered first in a regular but sent it right back and ordered the tall). All other shirts I've purchased, including ones for this past Christmas, the sleeve length is perfect. Unfortunately not this one. The shirt is very nice but the sleeve length was a game changer for my husband.

The shirts are comfortable but there are no place for a ink pen

I normally wear an XL but for this shirt XL was a tent! I changed for a Lrg, and it was also huge. Finally took a refund rather than try again. Your sizing needs to be more accurate

5'8" and 160 lb. I bought a size medium. The sleeves are about 2 inches too long. Shirt length is about 3 inches too long. Shoulders fit fine. I unfortunately have to return it. Fabric is thick and soft. Quality is great.

I really like these chamois shirts from LLBean. However, they are not made like they used to be. The shirt I bought last year looks now about 10 years old, with small balls all over the outside surface of the fabric - and patches look a bit threadbare here and there. And the fabric is not as heavy as it used to be. I basically like the shirt, the design, the warmth, the feel of the fabric, but the shirt is not made like it used to be. The fabric is not as heavy, it balls quickly (and if you look carefully is a little threadbare in spots), and the shirt looks really old after a few washings. The chamois shirt I have from about 15 years ago, on the other hand, still looks really good, almost new. Strange. The difference must be LLBean are at least in this instance using a lesser quality fabric. LLBean for many is something like a institution. Used to be buying here meant you'd get a quality item that would last for years. It's not always that way now.

This shirt a little tight in the waist despite what catalog description states. It should be labeled slightly fitted.

Size is great, color is wonderful, quality has gone down hill with the thickness of the material, definitely still a nice shirt but lacking with quality for the price.
