I must own a dozen of these shirts. That way I can rotate them out to preserve the quality. LL Bean chamois is top-notch in every aspect.

Perfect fit.long tails won't pull out of pants. Good weight for cold days. Not to be confused with the heavyweight chamois that are used for outside wear. But none the less it is a very good shirt.

High quality and durable. Great price.

I am going to exchange this for a small. My husband loves the feel and look, but the expense of altering it to fit was not worth it. Hopefully this will work. The shirt is beautiful.

I've never been able to wear LLB clothes before because they never came in my size. Now that I come in LLB size I decided to try them. This chamois shirt is soft and thick and roomy. Plenty warm for Wisconsin weather. Yes, there is a premium price but I think it's well worth it. Ok, I told you it couldn't be perfect; the button holes were really tight the first few times I wore the shirt. That's the smallest nit I could pick.

This one is the 2nd Bean chamois I've purchased. The older of the two is ten years old, and still looks great!

I have been buying these chamois shirts for 30+ years. The material is unequaled. I wish they would change the style to make it a jac-shirt since tucking in heavy shirts is seldom done these days. My wife reshapes the hem for me to wear untucked. Love everything else.

Love the thick chamois shirt in dark navy. I got a small this year as the mediums seem to run a bit full, and it is perfect. I have been wearing these shirts for many years and nothing is better for cold weather.

Over many years I have purchase three chamois shirts for myself. I thought the time had come to get one for my grown son. He was pleased. Wore it right away.

Just bought this as a gift for my brother. He loved it. I have had a green one for about 15 years now. Still perfectly good and looks new. Wear it as a jacket here in Florida over the winter month(s). All the seams and buttons are in perfect condition.

I bought my first L.L. Bean Chamois Shirt in 1969. Since then, I have owned upwards of a dozen in various colors. I have worn them fishing/backing in Yellowstone, climbing in Yosemite, camping in Big Sur. They just get better with age. I just purchased a new one in maroon. Extremely well made. Fits like an old friend. Wicked good shirts. Easily my goi to shirts. On a scale of 10 they are at least an 11(Thank you, Spinal Tap).

Odd weather range in the southeast and needed a "shirt-jacket" for chilly morning - warm afternoon. This is the perfect alternative to sweat-jacket and coat layering over a t-shirt / polo.

My husband does not want anything else. If you get him anything from Bean he knows it will fit and Last forever. He's got shirts that are 20 years old and they still look great.

I can see why Cabela's discontinued their line of chamois shirts in Tall sizes: they can't compete with L. L. Bean. For what I am used to paying, this shirt is pricey. But instantly they satisfied me. I bought one in each color and love the texture and fit. Now, quality? Longevity? No way to know, yet. But I am confident that this, too, will satisfy.

My husband is very cold natured and with this shirt on he didn't have to have anything else on top of it. It was very warm and comfortable and looks absolutely wonderful on him.

Funny you should ask.....I have that shirt on right now. I have several more and like all of them. The first on I bought was the red, I like them all

After losing 45 lbs, I had to replace my old Chamois shirts. The new ones were slightly different, but maintained the features of the previous one. They are slightly over sized which allows you to wear base layers with out binding. I wish they had additional colors. I like traditional colors better!

very comfortable shirt!

This is a great shirt. Only thing is I tried to sign up for the military discount and could not figure out how to do it. I have another 3 shirts on order and wanted to get the discount on them.

My only complaint is there are not enough solid colors.

This chamois shirt has given excellent protection against colder weather. It can be worn as a light jacket layered over lighter clothing, or it can be a major insulator underneath a winter jacket. This is the second LL Bean shirt of this type that I have owned. The former has given excellent durable wear for several years.
