Cheaply made with no support

I bought these in a 6, which is my size in almost every shoe. They were too small, so I exchanged them for a 7. The 7 is too big, and now I can't return them.

They run wide and very unstable. I almost fell upon the first time wearing them. Over time, I probably almost fell 5x but luckily have been able to regain balance. And I'm not clumsy. Because of the price, I find it difficult to get rid of them. So I only wear them in the winter with extreme carefulness. I have many pairs of various Ugg footwear and love them all. I wanted to love these sandals but they're just way too hazardous. Ugg should stop selling these sandals, redesign them, and give my money back.

I ordered the slide slippers and the right one doesn't fit tightly and my foot slides out the front. I received another pair in a different color for Christmas and they both fit fine, so I know it's a defect I. the slipper and not my foot. When I've called, I wait on hold forever and have been disconnected twice. I would like to exchange but I don't have the patience to keep calling and being disconnected after 40+ minutes .

I thought these would be super fluffy and comfortable but they definitely aren't. They are also a little taller than i expected making them more uncomfortable. Wish they weren't because i was so excited to buy them :(

I thought I would love these slides and wear them everywhere but when I put them on and looked in the mirror they made my feet look huge! Even if I was trying to just be comfortable this shoe is not the look I would go for. Maybe for someone else but not me. I sent it back.

Hello, I have purchased shoes from you guys and the bottom of my feet are literally BLACK on my fare skin when I take them off. I purchased some black fluff yeah slides and this is not what I would have imagined to have happened to me. I have tried reaching out via telephone and can't seem to be successful. At this point I literally just want a refund and I can show you proof of throwing the item away or sending it back already worn. This is ridiculous because I love the shoes, but I will NEVER ORDER THEM AGAIN because my whole bottom of my foot was as black as the shoe! That is unacceptable

Bought the slippers because I liked the open toe/heel concept. Unfortunately they are very high and not realistic for walking around in nor are they comfortable. They are more like a dress up slipper.

Not the right size need to return

One strap was tighter than the other I was not happy with that the shoe was expensive and should've been perfect I probably would've returned it but my daughter wanted to keep them

The fur was not soft at all. It was rough and scratchy. I got my size a womens 11 and most people said they fit true to size. But i wish i had sized up at least a size. They were tight at the front of my foot but loose in the back.

I read these reviews expecting soft cushy slippers looking at the photo they look like they are like marshmallows to walk in.. that part where your foot stands on that looks like it would be squishy foam Maybe a memory foam or something but in reality it is really hard and stiff like walking on boards!!!! I was shocked after reading all the good reviews. If you like stiff shoes like walking on board planks that don't even bend or give when you walk then these are for you. I cannot believe all the good reviews on these. Worst slippers I've ever owned they are getting sent back.

Not that comfy and the top of the show fits tight

All my shoes are a certain size, but with this slipper, I had to exchange it for one size up.

The slippers are cute but they wear out too easily. I've only had my slippers for a month and the fur is already missing from the inside.

My daughter was so excited to wear her new UGG slippers, however, once they were on her feet, she almost rolled/sprained her ankle numerous times. The slipper itself is soft, but between the scratchy band and the hard heel, the slipper was far too unstable. :(

I've never bought Ugg's that I didn't like, but these are a complete waste of money. I bought these 2 months ago and they are already falling apart. I only use them in the house as a house slipper and the material is coming up under the feet. Also, extremely dangerous...your foot slips and slides and I've almost broken my ankle multiple times in these. They're beautiful and so fun! I loved them at first, but just genuinely bad quality and not safe.

I ordered a size 7 in women's and received i size 10 . the shoe is too big , i would not recommend! i should have kept my money , now how i'm supposed to give my friends a shoe too big for christmas.

For the money I spent in slippers, they should be more durable then a couple wears and getting a rip.

There is a hole in the tip of my shoe after 3 wears. Too expensive to have tearing/ripping after 3 regular wears.

I don't like how they fit and they looked weird on my foot
