It took a while for my order to come only because the shoe was on back order when I ordered. But when they arrived I was more than pleased. They are extremely comfortable and soft. The only thing about them is my straps are a little loose which I expected because I have small ankles. But over all I love this product.

I read the reviews before purchasing, glad I did. Most women said they run big. I wear size 8 in UGG's, but ordered size 7. I bought the grey, so cute, true to color. I live near the beach, they're warm enough, cool too because of the open toe and heel. Perfection! like walking on a cloud.
