Exact shoe size without socks, comfortable, great tread.

Purchased as a gift for my husband. Difficulty putting the slipper on due to instep being too tight. All the men in our family wear the same shoe size and no one else could get their foot into it. Our thin grandson tried it and was a perfect fit for him. We ended up keeping the slippers for him. Not sure if a larger size would have worked. Quality is superior but fit was difficult.

Its a very nice shoe and he loved the color but they were too small

My husband wears an 8. Ordered an 8. Did not fit, too small. Ordered a 9. Too small. The 9 fit my son who wears a mens 7.

They look nice, are comfortable and good quality - I bought them for my husband (second time from LLBean - different style) and he really likes them

I owned these slippers for nearly 3 years, wearing them almost every day, except in the hotter summer months. Theyve seen plenty of outdoor walks, salty driveways, and usage. I cannot describe how wonderful and durable they are! Note: they will be snug the first few days of wearing them. This is so when they stretch, which all things do, they still fit. Well done, LLB! Im so grateful theyre still for sale! My 2nd pair arrived tonight!

Bought this as a gift for my son-in-law. After reading reviews I ordered a size up. Reviews were saying too tight on the top and to order a size up. Even with a size larger they did not fit. As reviews stated they were too tight on the top. I have ordered slipper before and do like the quality and fit. Unfortunately this was not the case. I ordered a different pair of slippers and hoping they are the right fit

Like the slipper, but strongly agree with other comments in that one size larger than shoe size should be ordered. This is contrary to what LL Bean recommendation for sizing. I used the size I have ordered for LL Bean shoes and had to send them back for 1 size larger.

Husband complained of dog fur on his socks and was always cold. These were a game changer for him. No more hairy socks and hes warm now! Thank you LL Bean for selling size 14. Most companies go up to size 13. They fit perfectly.

Returning gift as I prefer a full back of heel to wear

Thank you for suggesting to go up from a size 8.5 to a 9. An 8 would never have fit. And, they are very warm & comfortable.

Im only giving it one star because the slipper/shoe was too tight on my midfoot. Its great quality and if it fit id give it a much higher rating. I was bummed but it wasnt for bad quality. As usual LLBean was great to work with and I got my refund. Still a LLBean customer.

Too Tight Across the Top to Slip on. My husband is normally a 10 Medium, he has never needed to order wide. I think these just run too narrow for him.

Nice slippers. Very comfy. Sized perfectly. Some comments said too small. If worn with socks, probably. But slippers usually expand in time.

Slippers are so narrow (I have a normal width foot) you can't get them to slide on. I purchased a size larger due to this issue which other reviewers identified and it made no difference. Had to return the item.
