These replace a pair I've had long enough to have nearly worn through the gum soles (probably 25 years). The tread on these is better, and thicker too, and the pile lining is glorious! Real Australian wool; thick and cushiony and soft. A very minor gripe I have is that the composition labels are sewn in, in the instep area, and are sometimes scratchy. I removed them with an Exacto knife (carefully so as not to nick the stitches). Were they made of a softer material, it would be a non-issue, but they are quite stiff. I am still completely delighted with them, though!

I replaced an old pair of Moosehide slippers that had polartech fleece lining. The new version is way more comfortable. I tried hard to consider a pair of UGG Men's slippers. Many bad reviews. I love these and glad I bought them. Run true to size. Half sizes may want to size down instead of up.

Great slip on. I have one foot that is about one size larger than the other and this shoe has molded to fit my feet surprisingly well. Would not hesitate to buy again.

While a bit more expensive, these are really comfy slippers.

So far, comfy, sturdy, well made - just wearing them recently and they are nice. Wear a 10 & 1/2 usually, but 10 fit well.

I had a pair before these new ones I got as a Christmas present in 2025. I wore them probably more than my work boots. I would walk outside with them in wet grass from a rain, puddles (if they weren't too deep, such as no higher than the rubber sole), you name it, I wore them in it. In the middle of winter even, with 6" of snow and ice on the ground, I'd wear them to fill the home-made big bird feeder we have. I could have stood out there all day long and my feet would not get uncomfortable. It took 6 years to finally get a small tear in one of the moccasins that allowed water to come in. The shearling *will* eventually get flattened some, but it doesn't seem to matter for the warmth they still give. They also *WILL* stretch some, in 6 years I had to tighten the leather string several times to keep them from falling off my feet. I wear a size 10.5 shoe/boot and the size 10 will be what you want. They'll be a bit tight and uncomfortable at first for a week or three, but they'll eventually be Just Right. You won't ever have to worry about the leather. It's tough! Really soft to the touch, but extremely tough. These are the kind of moccasins you will keep around for years, and even more so if you don't put them through the wringer like I do. I honestly can't say enough good things about these moccasins.

Waited several years to be able to purchase these, they have been worth the wait. They are real eye catchers, wore them to surgery and my surgeon noticed them and quickly ordered his!

Great, well made, comfortable shoe that can be both for indoor comfort as well as sturdy enough for occasional outside wear. Just what I was looking for.

These are good moccasins in many ways. Fit nicely, good for an outdoor chore here and there, easy to keep clean.

The slippers a re very warm and comfortable and I use them daily.

These are men's slippers but I love wearing them and a man's size 7 fits my woman's size 9. I like the moosehide with the sheepskin lining more than the suede available in the women's sizes. The last pair I wore for about four years and they were worn out so I treated myself to a new pair for Christmas.

These were a replacement for a previous style that did not suit my husband. But these are terrific ! And I also appreciate the efficiency and accuracy of the return/exchange process -- consistent communication. Excellent !

L.L. Bean moccasin style slippers have been my favorite for many years. The Wicked Good slippers are warm, comfortable, ong-lasting, and look great to boot! But, they finally wore out after many years of service. Si this time I ordered the Moosehide shearling-lined moccasin style slippers and they are fantastic. They're more expensive than the wicked good slipper but definitely worth the extra price. I highly recommend them. Just follow the instructions on their website to measure the size of your feet and you'll get the correct size needed!

I bought these slippers for myself because I have always liked my husband's moosehide moccasins. They keep my feet warm, can be tightened to fit my female foot (size 8.5) and are perfect for walking outside. I bought the smallest men's size available.
