If you want a wide size, be careful. I have other shoes from LLB that fit properly, but the EE in these is not wide at all. I sent back and went up a half size (above otherwise proper fit) and the width is still marginal.

Very nice hiking boot. My only complaint, to be Wide EE, they aren't (wide). Unfortunately I didn't have time to exchange.

Great boot, light but sturdy, look nice. I will put them through the test but so far a great choise.

I bought this boot 8-months ago (Aug. 2022) specifically because it was advertised as waterproof (I know, not submerged in water). However, I don't walk/work in water but do walk through grass/low weeds when it has dew or recently rained. The water proofing lasted until April 2023 and now my feet are getting soaked. All I want is a boot that is as comfortable as this but to have the water proofing last at least a year. I don't want rubber boots. So please improve the water proofing. Thanks.

A nice-looking low hiking boot. Appears well-made. Unfortunately, the toe box was too shallow and narrow for my feet, so I returned them.

This is my seconds pair. I was well-satisfied with first pair and am still wearing them after 4+ years. Firm sole is definitely an advantage when hiking rocky, hilly trails.

I have owned 3 pairs of these, they have not changed in quality or fit over the years. They have minimal "break-in" time requirements and could be used as a new boot at a drop point for the serious hiker. I have narrower feet with a high arch and wear a 12.5 running shoe, the 12 in these boots fits great! I have worn these boots everyday before and they will last 8 months to a year with hiking trips included in that time frame. Serious hikers may go through 2 of these a year. Highly recommended! I hope the design and quality never change!

Very comfortable, great traction. Looks great with a pair of jeans for work, but is rugged enough for actual outdoor use. Everything I was hoping for.

Bought for my husband for Christmas. He was happy with them. Fit as expected. Sized up 1/2 a size.

Perfect fit very comfortable. These boots are insulated so theyre for colder weather I would recommend them.

this used to be my go to boot for everyday, last order the clasp ripped out on the first tie. not happy with LL bean's quality on this item. i did return it. will not buy again

I bought these for my husband's birthday (he's really tough on shoes/boots) and he absolutely loves them! He says they are comfortable, have great support, are stylish and seem to be tougher than his other boots (that have been tossed/worn out). We'll see how long these new boots last!

Being born & raised in northern Maine and in construction my intire career I know how to dress appropriately for the outdoor weather. What I wear protecting my feet in the elements is most important. The lace loop broke the first week I wore them. I thought about returning them but it wasn't that bud a deal. So yes, the lace loops could be a little stronger

Size 13, too small. Size 14, too big. Love this shoe, though, when they fit. I have purchased 4 or 5 pairs in the past. I use them hard. My go to shoe. I recommend them, just need to get the size to be true.

Very nice boots, lightweight, waterproof and reasonably priced. Could have bee a little more comfortable but overall I am very happy with my purchase.

All you have to do is walk through wet grass and your feet will be soaked. Nice hikers as long as you don't depend on them being waterproof.

The do not allow much air exchange and thus sweaty feet sometimes.

It is not really fair for me to rate this purchase as it did not fit my foot.
