I bought these exactly a year ago and they just developed a huge rip down the outside. Why can't they make things better quality? These are expensive - they should last for years.

The one slipper leaned to one side. They didn't seem worth the price. It was disappointing.

I bought a pair to replace a pair of UGG slippers in December. The shearling liner wasn't uniformly put around the collar of the slippers, so the right slipper had a bare spot of exposed leather, which rubbed on my heel while walking. By March the lining was completely matted down and was falling out of the heel and ball of the foot in the footbed. Not the quality I was expecting for an LL Bean product.

Medicore quality, sole is way too thin, lining below average. I have bought better for 1/3 the price.

Got theses for Christmas. Only wear these indoors. Really disappointed they didn't make six months. Been a fan of Bean since the mid 80's. And have never had an issue with quality. Would like to speak to someone about replacing them with something more sturdy, please.

I bought these slippers for my husband. He wears them in the evening after work, inside only. In less than a year, there was no shearling left and a nickel-sized hole worn in the leather. I tried to return them, but LL Bean refused the return. (I would have returned them sooner had I known, but my husband didn't mention it. He's not the complainer. I am.) I've bought $20 slippers than have lasted twice as long. Would not purchase again. This has definitely affected my view of LL Bean's long-term quality.

I bought a new pair because one slipper in an older set had failed stitching. The new set lasted 5 months until one started to fall apart. Shoddy. Both had the heels worn out inside.

Had a pair of these before. Ordered a size eight like before, When they came they said size eight but where more like a size seven. Returning was so much work!! Tried three times and finally got it done. Had to pay for shipping. Ordered a size nine which now seems to big. Not going send them back. To much work. I'll just give them away.

My husband did not like these slippers at all. They had a tag sewn into the side of the lining that was annoying.

I like the look... thats about it. One slipper has thicker insole padding than the other and both have a sew seam off center down the middle of the insole cusion. Just so happens thats were they decided to put the tag. Why would anyone want a seam and a tag placed directly under the middle if their foot in their slippers? You would think they would at least put the tag at the side like normal companies... but whats with the funny seam and different thickness to the insoles? Maybe I recieved a defective pair... ? ? ? Idk! What I do know is that I am not happy with my almost $100 house slippers and would not recommend them to anyone.

These slippers are very low quality and ripped in just a couple of months and when I returned them I wasn't given a refund. They said it was my fault for getting the wrong size and that I shouldn't have cut out the tag on the inside of the slipper (even though leaving the tag in is very uncomfortable). Overall very bad experience with these slippers and customer service.

I was appalled to find that these were manufactured in Myanmar, a country with an appalling human rights record, victim of a coup d'etat by their army in 2021. LLBean should tell customers what country the merchandise is manufactured in. Failing to do so is distasteful at best.

I found the wool to be subpar on these slippers. It is long, extremely scratchy, and off color. I have a similar slipper from another company and the wool is superior to LLBean; extremely disappointed.

I received my L.L. Bean slippers today . I normally love all of their products but not a fan of these. The fit is terrible , way to small, not a true size nine . Also they are made with a tag sewn on the inside of slipper . Why in the world would they do that ? Totally unnecessary ! Tag scraps your foot every time they are worn and is uncomfortable . I tried to cut it out but only made it worse. I threw slippers away , as I am sure cutting the tag out voided the return policy .

These slippers were made overseas, I always bought LL Bean Wicked Good slippers because they are American made. I found these slippers tight and not as comfortable as my previous LL Bean slipper purchase. I returned the slippers.

Wanted to love these, but just not right. Frends have older ones and swear by them. The issue is there is a tag, nylon not even soft fabric, in the instep that isn't tear out. Can't even find the seam to remove without possible destroying the slipper. Too expensive to mess with. So close but yet so far. They are tight as described, never got to wear so can't confirm if they stretch.

I had ordered a size 13 slipper for my son's Christmas present but when he tried it on Christmas morning it was at least two sizes too small the shoe showy size 13 but no way was it a size 13. We even had an old LL Bean Venetian slipper and this slippers at least two inches shorter. We had to return the slippers and get ones he really didn't want at the LL Bean store. Really put a damper on Christmas morning.

I have read the one star reviews and am hesitant to order these. My son lives in Barcelona, so I will bring these when I see him again, but returning is obviously difficult if they are anything like the five star reviews. Please make sure my order is a good pair.
