I loved these slippers at first, very warm and comfortable with a nice look. The size seems accurate I wish they were a little wider. Unfortunately they only lasted about 4 months, on the outside they still look brand new but on the inside the fur is wearing down to leather which makes them sticky in bare feet. Have to wear socks with them now to be comfortable.

Slippers are made a bit larger, yet you say to round-up on size when ordring. I did, slippers were too big as a result, I returned them and you charged m $6.50 for the priviledge.

These slippers have no soft padding inside. Very uncomfortable--you can feel the hard rubber sole when you walk and the sides were losing their shape. I had these same style slippers years ago and loved them. BEAN quality has really deteriorated. I returned them after 3 days of wearing them. It was like walking on cement. BEAN should re-name them Wicked Bad!

I don't think the same quality that I found in previous LLBean slippers (from 20-30 yrs ago)..

Took months to receive. LL Bean never notified me about delays.

I just got these recently because of 2 things. The warmth, and the fact that they have a soul, which my other Bean slippers do not. Size 11 for both. My original slippers fit perfect. These were a bit large, particularly without socks. The weirdest thing though, is that there are tags inside both slippers right around the arch of your foot! With no socks on, this is a game changer for sure! Maybe you could cut them out, but I don't see how that would make them feel more comfortable. Why would they do that? And why risk the cost of these slippers? I thought about trying a smaller size...but those darn tags!

I've only had these for about 6 months and they have already worn down and a hole has developed on the side.. The upper material is pulling from the sole!
I bought these and paid more money thinking they were quality and would last me a long time.. Unfortunately that's not the case and they are unwearable after just 6 months. Very disappointing!

Bought these slippers 3 years ago and the suede is pulling away from the sole. Thought I would get a few more winters out of the slippers. Very disappointed!

They are not dog proof. Very pricey for a dog toy. Dog toys are made with the same material. My grandson didn't even have them for two days. Very disappointed.

I bought this for my boyfriend last year and they were great at first but after a few months the fur got worn down and essentially disappeared. After a year these slippers are half gone!

90 bucks for slippers I will never wear. It is a nice slipper and fit well but there is absolutely no lateral heel support with these slippers. The heel area is just constructed with the slippers leather, there is NO support (stiffening) built in. I found both of my heals sliding off the sole when I walked. It was just a twisted ankle waiting to happen. It was very pronounced when worn outside.

Not comfortable. Doesn't feel like there is a left and right slipper. Feels like one "unisize" slipper and neither side feels correct.

Received slippers as Christmas gift. Left slipper felt fine. However, big toe on right foot felt too much tightness. Felt like a blister waiting to happen. Looked as if right slipper was made with left top as other reviewers have observed. Am returning.

I haven't even had them a month and the lining inside one of them has started to fall apart, leaving a bald spot inside. I bought these based on rave reviews on how they lasted 10 years, seems like perhaps quality has declined.

They didn't even bother to put the shoebox in another box to ship. Hole punctured right through the cardboard probably during shipping. Was planning on giving as a gift but not in this condition. Sending back, they can keep their over priced slippers and bad shipping packaging.

Was Extremely disappointed. Ad said: EVA Midsole m- which led me to believe there might be some firmness in the sole as well as arch support.
There were neither - felt like I was walking on a bag of marshmallows!

I've had several pairs of L.L. Bean slippers over the years and they've been great, which is why I ordered these with confidence. I was very disappointed. There's a tag on the inside of each slipper denoting the size, etc. In previous years, it was of a soft fabric construction and went unnoticed. Unfortunately, it's now a very firm material (plastic or plastic coated?) with sharp edges and corners. Whenever I put on the slipper or, especially slip it off, the sharp corners really cut into the bottom of my feet. The tag is so stiff, I don't think it will ever get any better. This is a cost cutting measure, I'm sure, but it makes the slippers uncomfortable to wear and I am returning them. Whoever, at L.L. Bean, approved this new tag??? This is the first below standard item I've ever received from Bean and I've been a customer for decades.

I got these slippers less than 2 years ago for Christmas. The left slipper has aged really well and is what I would expect from LL Bean. However, the right slipper looks completely different. The rubber has completely separated from the slipper along the outer edge. The leather inside is completely cracked and has holes in it.
My wife was shopping at our local LL Bean store and was talking to an employee about my slippers. He said that this sounded like a quality issue and we should bring them in. We brought the slippers back the next day and had the store manager look at them. He said that was normal "wear and tear" and that getting almost 2 years out of pair of slippers was pretty good. So my wife and I went home disappointed that LL Bean would not stand behind their quality. When we got home, I went and checked the mail. In our mailbox was the LL Bean holiday catalog with the title "Well made to be Well Loved" and pictures of a bunch of their slippers on the cover.
It is frustrating that LL Bean is advertising their quality and longevity, but does not stand behind their quality!

I wore a pair of llbean slippers for over 10 years. 2 years ago my fianc bought me a new pair because the original pair was pretty stained. I picked these because they came in Wide. At the beginning of their third season I am shocked by how worn out they are. The leather is half as thick as it used to be and has already started to rip. Likewise the liner just gets matted and falls out offering little comfort. I can understand why they had to get rid of the lifetime guarantee as jerks abused it, but it's sad that the products are not what they once were. .

This product was way to large even after the perfect fit tool. Now I have to return it and pay for the return after your tool failed. Exchanges take 2 - 3 weeks. I purchased these with a gift card so I don't want to purchase a new pair with my own money as that defeats the purpose of the gift card. Now I have to wait for the refund loose money and wait extra time due to Your processes. If I did not have a gift card I would not be making another purchase. Many other companies have have stellar customer service when it comes to making exchanges. L.L.Bean's process is archaic and not supportive of the consumer.
