Could not give these anything more then one star as the slippers were two different sizes. One was much smaller then the other which was too big. Unable to get my foot into the smaller one. Certainly no quality control. I bought them as a present for my husband.

This is my fourth pair of size 11 Venetian slippers. I've always sized up, being between a 10.5 and 11 in all of my shoes, I sized up to an 11. They felt fine for about a week, and I don't know if they've stretched out or something, but they are flying off my feet. So disappointed in this newest pair!

Purchased these for Christmas and the fur inside is already worn down to the leather. These used to be my husband's favorite slippers but the quality is terrible. It's a shame. Not worth the money.

The shearling lining has come apart as little brown fuzz balls everywhere. I purchased this slipper 8 MONTHS ago and expected a longer wear life. Also, the interior seams have become very uncomfortable and sharp. Do not buy this slipper.

Severe quality issue. One shoe was longer and narrower than the other! Returned for full refund.

Gave these as a gift a little over a year ago and after light use they tore. Because it is over a year, LL Bean will not take them back to review for defect. Huge waste of $90.

Bought these for my husband about a week ago and they are coming apart! He only wears them about an hour a day if that. I bought the same pair a few days before his arrived and they have stretched so much and are deformed! I cannot believe how horrible the quality of LL Bean's slippers are now. VERY sad and disappointing to say the least!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I have been buying these slippers for many years They were always a little on the expensive side but I always felt they were worth it..until now. The inside shearling amount is about half the amount it use to be. It's happening so often nowadays when companies change a good product to save a buck and just end up losing customers..like me.

Been buying for many years. Getting thinner soles and less cushion with this year's version. May be time to find another slipper. Shrinkflation.

After returning the first pair my replacement pair came with literally two different size slippers. I was a bit more than disappointed.

The shoes did not look or fit the same. One foot was noticeably more narrow than the other and it was very uncomfortable. Had to return. Even the girls at the store noticed it.

I bought these for my boyfriend and he says they are very comfy, fit great and are mostly good quality, however they turned his feet brown and not just a little bit, very brown and it wont come off. Finally he had to rinse the slippers off in the sink and soak them and it turned the whole sink water coffee black so he is currently soaking them again in fresh water and the dying is coming off the inner part of the slipper and turning white. I am concerned about whatever chemical is now leeched into his skin. I have always like the products from this company, but I paid a lot for those slippers and am not very happy with the turn out.

I bought these as a present for my father in law. They were not shipped in a separate shipping box; instead, the actual shoebox containing the slippers arrived in a sorry-looking state with the address sticker slapped on top of it and a taped up hole on one side. I called customer service and explained the situation, and another pair were shipped out. This time I specifically requested that the next pair be shipped in an actual shipping box. They were not, and this second pair arrived damaged too. What terrible way to present a gift for someone. I suppose I'll take them out of the box and wrap them that way, since it's so close to Christmas, though they may not look as nice and new that way. L. L. Bean, I've shopped from you for decades. You used to be so much better than this.

Not even close to the slippers they used to make. Size was way off, too small, and not as comfortable as they were. First pair I ever bought were the best I ever had. They need to get back to that quality before I'll even think about buying these again.

Ordered these slippers for upcoming gift. Shoes were just thrown in the box, not individually wrapped and both slippers have scuffed scratches. One shoe has a dark speck on top. This would be an embarrassment to present this as a gift. We've bought four pairs of these slippers from LLB over the years. That's why I purchased again. But quality is not the same. This will be second item I've had to return to LLB in two weeks due to poor quality. LLBean is definitely not the same store as in past.

I have purchased several pairs of these slippers and they only last a couple of months. My last pair's stitching completely came apart. That didn't bother me with their return policy, but when they told me that they will not honor it and to help extend the life, I should "vacuum" the slippers! So don't believe their return policy and they will not return your slippers that you are trying to get exchanged/returned as I'm still waiting for mine from months ago. This company is not part of BBB for a reason....horrible customer service! Will never buy from here again.

Bought as Christmas present and SIL loved wearing them. However in May the seam tore wide open near front of slipper and SIL threw them out without telling me. My daughter just told me but without the slippers I can't return them for a replacement. I've never had this happen after all the years we've been buying them.

I can't believe how far this company has fallen. I've lived about 30 minutes from their flagship store in Freeport, ME for my whole life and LL Bean used to stand for quality and now it's all cheap junk. The cheap stitching in these slippers began falling out 3 months after buying them. This is after going through a return process for a previous pair where the sole fell off. It's really sad what's happened here, but save yourself the headache and just get the cheaper slippers, they're the same thing at this point anyway.

I've been buying L.L. Bean slippers for myself and my wife. for years. My wife's are great mine usually last about a year I use them quite a bit. This last pair of men's slippers just started falling apart. The inside lining started wearing out and balling up inside the shoe. Around the ankle where the sheep wool is it looks like it has mange. I am so disappointed $89 slippers that fell apart in five months. I'm just having to throw them away!

I was excited when I got this pair of slippers and it does keep up to its nameboth comfortable and warm! Unfortunately, the slippers does not last through two to three winters as the heel cushion part of the slipper has not lasted. See photo. The rest of the slippers are still holding up. I am very disappointed that this slippers does not last long as the heel cushioning area is the most important part of the entire slippers.
