Not comfortable. Doesn't feel like there is a left and right slipper. Feels like one "unisize" slipper and neither side feels correct.

Received slippers as Christmas gift. Left slipper felt fine. However, big toe on right foot felt too much tightness. Felt like a blister waiting to happen. Looked as if right slipper was made with left top as other reviewers have observed. Am returning.

I haven't even had them a month and the lining inside one of them has started to fall apart, leaving a bald spot inside. I bought these based on rave reviews on how they lasted 10 years, seems like perhaps quality has declined.

They didn't even bother to put the shoebox in another box to ship. Hole punctured right through the cardboard probably during shipping. Was planning on giving as a gift but not in this condition. Sending back, they can keep their over priced slippers and bad shipping packaging.

Was Extremely disappointed. Ad said: EVA Midsole m- which led me to believe there might be some firmness in the sole as well as arch support.
There were neither - felt like I was walking on a bag of marshmallows!

I've had several pairs of L.L. Bean slippers over the years and they've been great, which is why I ordered these with confidence. I was very disappointed. There's a tag on the inside of each slipper denoting the size, etc. In previous years, it was of a soft fabric construction and went unnoticed. Unfortunately, it's now a very firm material (plastic or plastic coated?) with sharp edges and corners. Whenever I put on the slipper or, especially slip it off, the sharp corners really cut into the bottom of my feet. The tag is so stiff, I don't think it will ever get any better. This is a cost cutting measure, I'm sure, but it makes the slippers uncomfortable to wear and I am returning them. Whoever, at L.L. Bean, approved this new tag??? This is the first below standard item I've ever received from Bean and I've been a customer for decades.

I got these slippers less than 2 years ago for Christmas. The left slipper has aged really well and is what I would expect from LL Bean. However, the right slipper looks completely different. The rubber has completely separated from the slipper along the outer edge. The leather inside is completely cracked and has holes in it.
My wife was shopping at our local LL Bean store and was talking to an employee about my slippers. He said that this sounded like a quality issue and we should bring them in. We brought the slippers back the next day and had the store manager look at them. He said that was normal "wear and tear" and that getting almost 2 years out of pair of slippers was pretty good. So my wife and I went home disappointed that LL Bean would not stand behind their quality. When we got home, I went and checked the mail. In our mailbox was the LL Bean holiday catalog with the title "Well made to be Well Loved" and pictures of a bunch of their slippers on the cover.
It is frustrating that LL Bean is advertising their quality and longevity, but does not stand behind their quality!

I wore a pair of llbean slippers for over 10 years. 2 years ago my fianc bought me a new pair because the original pair was pretty stained. I picked these because they came in Wide. At the beginning of their third season I am shocked by how worn out they are. The leather is half as thick as it used to be and has already started to rip. Likewise the liner just gets matted and falls out offering little comfort. I can understand why they had to get rid of the lifetime guarantee as jerks abused it, but it's sad that the products are not what they once were. .

This product was way to large even after the perfect fit tool. Now I have to return it and pay for the return after your tool failed. Exchanges take 2 - 3 weeks. I purchased these with a gift card so I don't want to purchase a new pair with my own money as that defeats the purpose of the gift card. Now I have to wait for the refund loose money and wait extra time due to Your processes. If I did not have a gift card I would not be making another purchase. Many other companies have have stellar customer service when it comes to making exchanges. L.L.Bean's process is archaic and not supportive of the consumer.

Hubby didn't like these near as well as he did the ones we bought from my pillow. These cost twice as much and won't last near as long. Sorry I could t give a better review. The quality wasn't as good. But they fit fine as they should and shipping was quick and ordering was easy.

I've been a size 11 for all my life. These size 11 slippers are way too small - even with the flexible material, my toes are all squished together. Very disappointing, especially since returning the slippers apparently costs me $6.50. Quality control, people! Or don't you care about running this brand into the ground?

Got these expensive slippers as a Christmas gift. Just noticed now September 2, that the seam is separating from the bottom of the slipper. Went to store tonight to see about exchange. Was told by 2 Associates that they are well worn and that nothing could be done. Was not about to argue with the staff. Will never purchase another item from LLBean and will tell everyone I know about this. How can you wear slippers too much. Only worn in the house. Should not be happening to a pair of slippers at this cost.

My husband lost his slippers at a hotel. They were the same slippers from LL Bean. I ordered these slippers in Size 10, my husband's size to replace them. They were too small for him. I sent them back and ordered the next size longer, size 11. They were way too big. Then we knew that there were quality control issues. Now we are stuck with no slippers that fit.

I know this may sound odd. But, I swear I think I received 2 left shoes? Aren't each shoe supposed to slightly curve inward? So they almost face one another.

I purchased these slippers less than 6 months ago. They have faded very badly. The seams at the toe and heal have torn. I've purchased these in the past and have been very satisfied with them but this recent pair are very poor quality.

My wife bought these for me in September 2022. By December 2022, they were splitting at the heel and the heel area inside the slipper had worn down. Very disappointed as I have had a satisfactory experiences with LL Bean products in the past.

I've had many pairs of LL Bean slippers over the years, and for a while these were of the same good quality as previous pairs. And then the glue holding the toe box parts together started to come apart, resulting in a massive hole/tear, as the top portion pulled away from the side of the slipper. When I brought them back to LL Bean within the year's time limit, they would not return or exchange them, when it is clearly a problem with the manufacturing/assembly, and not due to misuse or abuse. I'm thoroughly disappointed in both the slippers and, more importantly, in the company's inability to stand behind their product.

Purchased in November would think they would last more than a year seeing slippers are only used in the winter. They blew out at the seem after the warranty expired. Workmanship of LL Bean products has gone downhill recently.

We have always loved your products and come back for more . The quality of this slipper isn't what we expected. They have already begun to fall apart at the seams.

I get a pair of these eavery year in tan. I bought the blue one this year and the stitching frayed in leass than one day. Excenged them for a tan and am happy. (I'm sure this was just a one-off as the blue is a nice alternative but i didn't take a chance)

I had a pair of these back in the 90s and they held up great. The quality has declined considerably and I would suggest anyone to stay away from this product. I've owned this pair for one month and have only used them to walk around my house and they are already starting to unravel.
