I've been wearing the moccasins model of this slipper for many years, and find that the recent ones do not hold up well at all. After a few months, the fleece lining wears away. In fact, I am wearing a old pair which I kept, because the newer pair is no longer useable for the reason I described.

The first delivery of these slippers - visible difference between the right and left shoe and one was way too large. These were size 13 slippers.
Spoke to very helpful people at LLBeans and they immediately sent out another pair. Again one shoe was much larger than the other.
Again spoke to very helpful person and a decision was made to try a different make of slipper.
We are now waiting for these to arrive. Your customer service is very helpful and we have ordered many things throughout the year without having to return products. My concern is that there is a considerable difference in a shoe size that they are un-wearable.

I received these slippers in January 2016 and began wearing them exclusively indoors with socks. Initially, they seemed to fit properly and were very comfortable. However, by mid-March, the shearling lining was quite matted and had completely worn away at the heels. I showed them to a store representative and asked if it was normal for the lining to wear so quickly, and she told me that it was.
I'm giving the slippers one extra star because they look good and appear to be well-stitched, but I expected the lining to last much longer than it did. For the first two months, it felt like these slippers were giving my feet warm hugs. Now they're just expensive slippers.

I purchased these as a Christmas present for my husband, who had worn his first pair of Wicked Good slippers for many years - they finally showed it. I ordered the same size he always wears. He loved them at first. But we were very surprised when, after just 3 months of wearing these new slippers just in the house, one of them developed a large hole where his big toe is - the sole just separated from the suede. The white, furry lining is also very worn down at both heels. LLBean's customer service is very efficiently and politely organizing a Quick Exchange for full credit. I do hope we just got a defective pair the first time - I'll check back in three months from now and let you know how the replacement pair is doing!

After 2 months of use I like them less and less everytime: they turned loose on the back and still tight at the front, so overall they don't keep you warm. For the price, this shouldn't happen. Not happy with the product but what can I do it with them after 2 months of use? Not gonna be good for the next seasons

I bought these for my husband in a size 10 as he wears a 9 1/2 and there are no half-sizes offered. At first he was satisfied and said they were comfy and warm. Now after wearing them for three months, they have stretched and the shearling lining under his heels have worn down to the leather.
I have bought wicked good slippers for my daughters and myself and have never had this problem of shedding the lining as my husband has had with his slippers. Just wondering if he perhaps got a defective pair?

These were a Christmas gift for my husband who had worn out a much less costly pair of slippers recently, and our past experience with LL Bean footwear proved that their products would last. I ordered his regular shoe size. He says the length was right, but that the width was far too narrow. I had to return them and purchase elsewhere since there were no width options available. I was surprised to learn that I would be charged $6.50 to return the slippers, since I thought the guarantee would cover this kind of issue.

These slippers run very narrow. I have wide feet so I have no chance of getting my feet in these slippers. It's too bad because they seem like they would be very comfortable!

Instep so high husband could not get his foot inside. We bought from LL Bean because of the high quality since others we had never lasted. Disappointed that now have to spend time and money to ship back or drive an hour to get to a store to return. Hoping next pair fits better.

I was looking forward to the comfort and warmth these slippers are reported to have. Unfortunately, they didn't fit. My feet aren't especially wide, but these were too narrow for "comfortable slippers". Also, they were a bit short; however, the next size up would be too long. Ultimately, I was looking for that "wow" factor, but it wasn't there. Returning.

These are a handsome pair of slippers. Unfortunately, they were disproportionately narrow at the toe and wide at the heel, rendering them completely unusable. They will be returned.

I loved the slipper as soon as I put it on. Lots of cushion, nice looking. Unfortunately the toe box is narrow, so within 10 minutes I had to take them off. I'm so bummed!

I'm annoyed that I have to pay $6.50 to return these (sizing chart and return policy both give error messages on website BTW). My old beat up pair of size 12s on the left, the new ones on the right. You can see by the sole (not a case of breaking-in) that the shoe is significantly smaller. Now I have to go to a UPS store. Why the change LL Bean?

Had to put insert with arch support. Left shoe is definitely larger and doesn't stay on. Thought it is supposed to form to foot shape; didn't. Pretty, but not really good footwear for me.

Have been wearing these for a few days and there is no way they are 10 EE. Both the right and left my feet are stuffed in. They feel like size 9. They are at least an inch shorter than my old LL Bean slippers. The right foot is pointed towards the toes unlike the left which is rounded. These are going back and I suggest whatever is happening with the quality at your company tighten it up.

Nice slippers but we need "half sizes." The soles could also be better.

Could not give these anything more then one star as the slippers were two different sizes. One was much smaller then the other which was too big. Unable to get my foot into the smaller one. Certainly no quality control. I bought them as a present for my husband.

This is my fourth pair of size 11 Venetian slippers. I've always sized up, being between a 10.5 and 11 in all of my shoes, I sized up to an 11. They felt fine for about a week, and I don't know if they've stretched out or something, but they are flying off my feet. So disappointed in this newest pair!

Purchased these for Christmas and the fur inside is already worn down to the leather. These used to be my husband's favorite slippers but the quality is terrible. It's a shame. Not worth the money.

The shearling lining has come apart as little brown fuzz balls everywhere. I purchased this slipper 8 MONTHS ago and expected a longer wear life.
Also, the interior seams have become very uncomfortable and sharp.
Do not buy this slipper.

Severe quality issue. One shoe was longer and narrower than the other! Returned for full refund.

Gave these as a gift a little over a year ago and after light use they tore. Because it is over a year, LL Bean will not take them back to review for defect. Huge waste of $90.

Bought these for my husband about a week ago and they are coming apart! He only wears them about an hour a day if that. I bought the same pair a few days before his arrived and they have stretched so much and are deformed! I cannot believe how horrible the quality of LL Bean's slippers are now. VERY sad and disappointing to say the least!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I have been buying these slippers for many years They were always a little on the expensive side but I always felt they were worth it..until now. The inside shearling amount is about half the amount it use to be. It's happening so often nowadays when companies change a good product to save a buck and just end up losing customers..like me.

Been buying for many years. Getting thinner soles and less cushion with this year's version. May be time to find another slipper. Shrinkflation.
