They look great.but my last pair were made from American Bison, these appear to be Full top grain cow.

My recently sugerized feet appreciate the comfort of these slippers. I do wish there was more of an arch and that the insole could be removed to accommodate a support and I prefer to have some tread on the bottom. Something to consider but otherwise I love these. I will wait to see if the impression my feet make improves the support.

Really slippery when new. A couple of trips up and down my asphalt driveway fixed this, but be warned. You will want to double check to make sure you are aiming for the correct slipper. The left and right look a lot alike. That probably gets better over time.

Love how these feel, however they are extremely slippery on every surface in our home (tile, wood, and carpet). May be okay on rough surfaces like concrete or rubber. I felt like a baby giraffe trying to stand for the first time without slipping. Add some skid prevention to the soles and these slippers would be perfect for me. Till then, I have to return them as I don't need help slipping and falling at my age

I got these little feet clouds because my toes get cold at night due to my neuropathy, they are an absolute joy to wear! The leather and shearling make a rather stylish combination. Fit is true to size. Why the four stars? The leather on the bottom can interact with floors in a noisy fashion. It goes without saying that you would not want to step outside wearing these!

I've only had these for about a month, so I can't comment on long-term durability. They appear to be of high quality, they fit well, and are warm. My one gripe is that the all-leather soles are slippery, especially on carpet. My previous pair had synthetic soles which had better grip. I'm glad our house doesn't have stairs, as I'd be concerned about slipping and falling.

Great quality slippers but had to return as it was too small. My husband wears 9 and never has issues with any shoes, unfortunately, the slippers were too tight. If I buy again, I will go a size up. Otherwise, the quality and look are great!

I have worn a pair of these slippers for years and needed new ones. I ordered size 14 as that is my regular shoe size, but the slippers ordered are too long and would be sloppy on my feet, especially after normal break-in period. Sorry that I have to return and no size 13 available.

Some reviews recommended using size up from shoe size - not so, if 10 1/2 use a 10

Very comfortable and fit correctly. I thought the double sole meant it was a hard sole. It is not. Bought 2 pair, and gave 1 as a gift. Both of us think they are great.

I absolutely love my slippers. They are a little wide but with a cotton rag sock you're good to go. I bought my father, brother, and brother-in-law a pair and we live in them. A great buy for anyone that wants a handsome quality slipper.

Although I liked the quality the soles were very smooth. Being a little older my concern was slipping. The other problem was they are only made in full sizes. 10 was too small and 11 too big. As with a lot of companies that make slippers they only come in whole sizes and miss half the market.

Yes, I agree, these fit to size but I'm an 11.5 and they don't make these in half sizes. Why not? It's 2018 already, haven't they figured out how to adjust their machinery to make half sizes which they make in all their regular boots and shoes? Anyway, I first went a size up to 12 which were overall very cozy but they were a little too long as my heels slipped out a little bit on every step I took. So I ordered the 11's as I see lots of folks did in my situation and were planning on the stretch method. Well, it took me 20 seconds to force my foot into the 11's and once in they hurt as they were just too small. So I returned the 11's and will try to make do with the slightly over-sized 12's. Wish I had returned the 12's too as I see they are now 25% off just a week after I got mine! Anyway, other than the small size issue, they look fantastic, feel fantastic and actually aren't slipping on the heel as much as I thought they would. I've only been wearing them around the house for a few days but so far, they are keepers. Well done.

I think this is my third pair of these slippers. I think they're great...mostly. This latest pair has one portion where the leather used is very different from the rest of the slipper. This is not just "natural variation". The leather in this one area is thinner and has a different texture to it. It's almost like it is from a different animal (maybe some bison leather got mixed up?). In any case, these are wonderful slippers, I just hope mine is an isolated incident.

TC197691 Men's Leather Double-Sole Slippers, Shearling Lined Looked at 3 sheepskin lined slippers. I chose the Men's Leather Double-Sole Slippers, Shearling-Lined for several reasons. I liked the leather upper. It is a laced shoe that can be adjusted. It appears to have a better-quality sheepskin lining than the other slippers. I've had them for a couple on months them for a couple of months. Size: Very tight when I first put them on. Almost returned them for a larger size. After wearing them in, they are an excellent fit. Adjusting the lacing allows me to wear them barefoot, or with a with a pair of hiking socks for additional warmth. I wear them daily. Based on comments about wear, I only wear them in my house (the other slippers had "real" soles that I would wear outdoors). The leather bottoms are showing no wear. Summary: Good looking. Adjustable laces. Good lining. Good fit.

My husband has worn out three pairs of these slippers. He loves them. We don't think they are as well made or wear as well as they did 15 years ago and that is sad. Many of our good staple Stores have gone to off shore products. Too bad that we can't depend on Buy America anymore. If anyone knows where we CAN get these from USA I'd love that information!!!

Replacement slippers that are comfortable and fit extremely good. Have notices that sole coating/tanning is wearing off already. It's been about two weeks. My floors are about half carpet and half tile. Other than this, so far so good! I have a large quantity of Bean products and the slippers and a belt are the only items I have had an issue with. Great job!!! Photo to follow.

I tried two different shearling lined slippers before buying these from L.L.Bean and they are by far the most comfortable. The quality of the leather, the stitching, and the overall design are the best I have seen. I have size 11.5 feet so I bought the size 12 slipper and they're perfect . . . not too tight, not too loose.

Beautiful and seemingly well made and comfortable, but had to return due to lack of half size. Whole sizes up and down did not work on men's 10.5 feet. Same issue with other LL Bean slippers. Star rating based on lack of half sizes, not quality. Other comments indicate that this is a common problem with slippers in general.
