Great Leather slipper, comfortable but needed to be scuffed up before wearing. VERY slippery on carpet until you scuff it up.

I wore Minnetonka all leather moccasins for many years but they no longer carry them. I purchased these to try them,and I like them better than what I used to wear they are true to size good quality and the price is less than I used to pay. I'm very well satisfied with them. I am now an LL Bean customer

I bought these slippers as they slide easily on the carpet, most slippers are rubber soles with an aggressive tred that catch the carpet. These are perfect and I bought a second pair as I am so satisfied to find them. The quality is number 1 as all of there mechandise has met my expectations since 1966 when i lived in Freepot and shopped in their store for the first time

This is my husband's 3rd pair of these slippers. He absolutely loves them and will not even consider anything else. He is retired and wears them from morning to night whenever he is in the house. Each pair has lasted a couple of years and has needed to be replaced due to him wearing a hole in the sole. He loves how the leather forms to his foot. At first the sole is very slippery, but it quickly becomes less smooth and sliding is no longer an issue.

after 3 weeks, I am still breaking in these mocs, but so far they are great. I wanted a pair like this for years. I use mostly for indoors, but they will work on packed snow and easy to transport. I once assumed I could get double duty from mocs with a artificial sole, but when I wore the sole out and removed it, the mocs leaked through the thread holes. so if you want soleless, double leather mocs, these are the ones.

This is the third pair I have had over the years. I am very rough on all shoes, but each pair I have had has held up remarkably well for me (five to six years each). I wear them exclusively around the house as my everyday shoe so I tend to wear the heels out. Do not wear them outside, especially if it is wet since they are all leather. The areas around the ankles are pretty stiff but if you work on them before trying to wear them you can get them more supple--believe me I know.

When my last pair of LL Bean slippers finally wore out after many years I decided to replace them with these. The construction quality is top notch and the materials used are extremely nice. I've been wearing double soled mocs for years, inside and out, and was really looking forward to these! They do run large. I ordered a half size down and still need to return them for a smaller size, though am unsure if that's going to work out.

These slippers are the most comfortable slippers I have ever worn, they are great for houses where outside shoes are not allowed.

My husband wears a 10.5W and he took the 10M. They fit perfectly so they do run long and wide.

I can't say enough good things about this slipper. Comfort is superb as is everything else about this item. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but luxury has a price.

Consistent LL Bean product. The one minor thing is the shoe laces are very stiff and do dig into the top of your food if you don't wear socks. A softer leather here would be an improvement.

These are true tubular mocs as the Native Americans made them; different from a glue soled shoe. This is one piece of leather that wraps from the top around the bottom up to the other side. Bean had these made with another piece of leather sewed to the whole sole for extra durability and cushioning from the ground. They really wrap your foot in comfort and the leather they used is exquisite. The sole leather is so nice and smooth you really need to go outside with them on and scuff around on the concrete or you will slip and slide on your carpet. Look good enough to wear with khakis,a button down and a blazer. Get a pair.

I absolutely do not understand the random negative reviews on these moccasins. I wanted a pair for years. Thru some miscommunication between my wife and mother, I received a pair of moccasins with vinyl/plastic/who-knows-what soles for Christmas many years ago. I hated them ~ ~ but I wore them ~ ~ because they were a gift. Two years ago, my mother gave me an LL Bean gift certificate for Christmas. I used it to purchase what I had always wanted ~ ~ the LL Bean bison soled moccasins. During the fall and winter months, I wear them constantly. (Spring and summer ~ I go barefoot.) I do not wear them outside. Only indoors on carpet, hardwood, and tile floors. But, I wear them every day ~ ~ 10, 12, 14 hours a day. After two years, they show only minimal wear to the soles. The uppers and insoles are still perfect. I finally got what I wanted and I LOVE them.

These are the absolute best pair of slippers I have ever owned. I love LL Beans warranty as well. They offer outstanding support and sometimes I forget I have them on. This is my 3rd pair. I have been wearing them for over 10 years. Thank you LL Bean!

Excellent construction, looks & comfort. Fit - a bit large, unfortunate that the shoe doesn't come in half sizes. But my husband loves them, find them very comfortable.

This slipper is a true moccasin. It molds to your foot after two days of wear. High quality and great looking leather. Great for inside the house and durable enough to wear outside.

These slippers are the most comfortable footwear I have ever found. I have been wearing them in and around my house (out in the yard, I mean) on a daily basis for more than 20 years. They are reasonably sturdy: although I wear them both indoors and outdoors all day, every day, I find that a pair lasts me roughly a full year before I wear through the soles. Recommended for anyone who likes comfortable shoes.

This is the second pair of these slippers I ordered for my husband - they are so comfortable, he wears them more often than his shoes or sneakers. He works from home so he lives in these slippers - they give him the support he needs.

Well-constructed, good leather, superb stitching. Leather-lined throughout. Intended use is carpet slippers. I reckon these will see me the rest of the way out. I wear size 10.5 shoes. The size 10 slippers were much too big. Exchanged for size 9 which fit right.

I got these for my husband because I was tired of hearing the clopping of his other slippers! First, he had similar ones of bison leather but the soles wore through in a year or so. Now we're trying this style. I have to say he loves how comfortable they are, and I love how quiet they are. I call them his ' "stealth slippers." Hopefully, they will last at least a few years...

I love these slippers. They are so comfortable with the sole liner that is in them. They are sturdy and attractive, but still slipper comfortable. I had a pair of women's size 9 that I loved and wore through the soles because I wore them outside, and now L.L. Bean doesn't sell this for women. Took a chance that a men's size 7 would work and the fit is great. I really can't tell the difference. It's a shame they're not available in the women's department, but if women who wear a size 9 or above want to order these they won't be disappointed.

I have been purchasing these slippers from LL Bean now for over 15 years. I typically buy two pair to ensure I always have a spare. These are my favorite slipper for in-home use. These slippers are sized one size down from what I normally wear which is a size 10 wide or "D" width. I buy a size 9D to ensure a snug fit but not loose or too tight. The fit has never changed all these years. The LL Bean warranty is the markets' BEST. I have had to return a pair of these slippers once when one sole wore out faster than the other. Beans promptly replaced the slippers and sent me a new pair without question. LL Bean's stands behind ALL of their Products and are of the HIGHEST QUALITY Bar NONE! I have yet to make a purchase of any product with dis-satisfaction. I am a 100% L.L. Bean Lover.

These are top quality leather slippers, with no lining just the way I like them. A pair of these will last me three years or more if I don't wear them outside. Love these shoes!

Very well designed & executed. Nice leather, beautifully tanned. Excellent stitching. I wear size 10.5. This example is size 10 & too large. Returning for a size 9 which I hope fits properly. If it fits I expect years of wear, mostly as a carpet slipper.

My husband wears these around the house and even for the occasional trip into the yard or his shop all year long because they're so comfortable and they look attractive. When they are ready for replacement, he won't even consider any other kind, so I I think this is his third or fourth pair!
