These are my favorite llbean slippers. They are on my feet whenever I am at home.They replaced my "Men's handsewn slippers, flannel-lined" and, for me, are much more practical. No flannel to get dirty over time. My one hesitation when buying the double lined slippers was the durability of the leather sole. I hope they hold up well.

Love these. Got them for my dad. He wore his first pair daily for over 15 years and were still in good shape. Lost them, unfortunately. Just got the 2nd pair to replace them. The leather is high-quality and beautiful. The double sole is durable and comfortable. I'm sure these will last another 15 years.

2021 01-11: I bought a pair exactly one year ago. I'm retired and relax around the house most of the time wearing my slippers. I am 170 lbs and average 12 hrs/day 24/7 wearing these slippers. (6 in the morning and 6 at night) They are incredibly warm and comfortable and my feet do not sweat one bit. Not one thread has started to fray, nor has the bottom leather broken through. I have started to wear out the lining on my left front toe, the other shoe is fine. The lining is still comfortable. Unlike synthetic material these slippers BREATH FOR REAL.

A most comfortable all round slipper. They slip right on and are extremely light weight. Well made. Don't want to take them off!

These leather slippers are an excellent value. They are well made and are very comfortable. The only change I would prefer is that half sizes were made available.

I loved the slipper, but returned it to you for an exchange for a size 9. Otherwise no problems.

I have yet to try these slippers because I am still wearing my last pair. Typically they are a bit tight in the forefoot in the first few days, but they soon mold themselves to your feet. These slippers are reliable, comfortable and long-lasting. They are ideal those of us that don't tolerate overly/ insulated footwear. Highly recommended.

I purchased a pair of these many years ago and wore them out as slippers/comfort mocs, which I used indoors and out. I just purchased another pair and am amazed that they seem even better. The double sole and cushioning make them very comfortable and the sizing is just right...not too tight in width and plenty of room in the toe (i am a standard size 9, though I sometimes increase that by a half size for hiking shoes and boots - except the traditional bean boot, which as recommended I ordered a full size smaller and it fits perfectly). I am wearing these mocs all the time inside and on the occasional jaunt to the mailbox.

This my third pair of the Double Soled slipper and is perfect for wearing around the house without ever worrying about wearing out the carpet. Always waiting for me whenever I arrive home. So faithful.

These have to be one of the most comfortable slippers/shoes I've ever owned. It does take a little bit of time to get them flexible, but once that happens, it's like not wearing anything at all.

This is the second pair that I have purchased and would recommend to anyone that the quality of these shoes is exceptional. I'm sorry but I abused them more than most but they stood steady and willing to all unnecessary abuse. Inside, outside, in the car, or in the mud they survived. The first pair is my favorite and still being worn, after years of support, but my partner insisted that I purchase another pair for other events.

This is the second pair of leather double sole slippers, leather lined. I purchased for my husband. The first pair lasted 10 years! Yes, I said 10 years. He wore out the toe on one slipper. These are the best slippers made by LL Bean and I would recommend these to anyone.

These slippers are incredible. I'm on my 2nd or 3rd pair. Perfect for around the house, and durable enough for a trip across the deck, lawn, or driveway. LL Bean has a winner with these !

I wanted these to wear around the house and in my home office. I bought them a little snug as I knew they would break in over time. They have done that nicely as I wear them without socks. It took a little bit of time, but they now feel like they were custom fitted. Great quality -- leather and construction.
