I have to say, that these are really great looking boots! I put them on straight away, even while I was wearing my shorts. I read the other reviews that said they had difficulty getting them on and off. That said-wearing socks is another matter. Until I get these broken in- no socks. The quality seems very good and the leather is smooth and supple. I Love the color. I am sure these will become a cult favorite for me as well. They are light and not clunky at all. They do seem a tad narrow but I do have a narrow heel and wider toe box. I normally wear an 81/2 but in boots I gravitate toward a 9. Buy These, you probably won't regret it unless you have really wide or like more room in your boots. Good job LL Bean.

No better boots!! I do not have wide feet but went with the wife since that was the only size 8 and I was glad I did as they fit perfect!

I absolutely love these boots! The leather is great quality, soft where it needs to be and overal super comfy!! I am a 7.5 and ordered as such and they fit perfect!

Normally 10wide. Ordered 11wide as I have plantar fasciitis and high arch issues. I need room to put in my orthotic supports. These boots are the best. Lots of toe room and comfy enough to wear as a teacher for 10 hr days on concrete floors.

I looked at previous reviews and followed the direction of order a half size up. I'm glad I did! They do run a bit small. They take a wear or two to break in, but wow! Worth every penny! Love these boots! I get a lot of compliments and they wear great!

I gave it 5 stars because these boots fit me really well and they are a great looking shoe. My normal size is 9-1/2 wide, which is what I ordered. These fit pretty much true to size. (I may have been able to wear a 9 wide, but like the roomier feel.) They glide on easily if you grab the back loop, and there is plenty of room for a sock of average thickness. The photo on the website is slightly lighter than the actual, but still a good looking boot. I am a fan of LLBean, and they did not disappoint.

This is my second pair. Only bought another pair because my old pair started to squeak not sure why. I have had them for a couple of years they still look fine I think I may have broke the foot bed down. I have so many compliments on these.

These boots fit well and go on and off easily. Toe box is high and wide enough to accommodate my fat toes. They are lightweight and extremely comfortable for my 2.5 mile daily walk. I've received many compliments! Don't grill burgers in them, grease splatters are tough to remove. Otherwise, perfect!

These are super comfortable and great for everyday wear! They go with everything and are true to size. Highly recommend!

I live these boots so comfy I bought the dark brown as a celebratory gift to my self and now I went the light brown ones well worth the money I wear them with everything

These boots are so comfortable! They are very stylish with rolled jeans. I usually wear a size 7, however, after reading several reviews, I purchased a 7.5. So glad I did! These boots won't disappoint! I love them LL Bean!!!

I am pleasantly surprised at how much I love these shoes. Reading prior reviews, I ordered half size up and they fit great. They are also very comfortable. Definitely would recommend.

After searching for some Chelsea boots from many companies, I decided to try these because #1. LL Bean, and second they were not cheap like some, and terrible expensive as others. I got them knowing they will need to be stretched and molded, but was pleasantly surprised it didn't take as long as I expected. I'm very happy with this purchase and love how they look. Unless they fall apart, which I doubt, though I saw some reviews on here, I have no problem recommending them to anyone.
