I wear a 7.5 or 8 in most shoes and I ordered an 8.5. I couldn't even fit them on my feet to try on. Very tight and run at least a whole size smaller than normal. Seemed like a good quality shoe I just couldn't try it on to find out.

I like the look of the boot very much. The leather is beautiful and it's sturdy without being too bulky. But it is such a pain to get the boot on and off, the ankle opening is very small. DEFINITELY size up. Based off other reviews I ordered half a size up, and I could have gone a full size.

Very tight! Size up 1/2 to one whole size. These are very cute and high quality BUT very stiff and tight. I should have sized up. Technically the shoe fits, but walking in them hurts because they're not flexible or soft. Very "boot" like. I think sizing up would solve any comfort issues though.

I liked the design but they felt and looked very bulky on my feet. I usually have to buy wide width but these were too wide. Wish they would of fit.

This boot is well constructed, and a beautiful color, but runs a size smaller. I ordered a size 10, and, this boot fits like a size 9. Too short and tight on my narrow foot. Definitely would be my "go to shoe", but I am disappointed with the manufacturer's sizing. I want to love these boots, but, unfortunately they will be going back.

I didn't love the way these fit on me. I returned them.

These were too wide at the ankle and stuck out too far. They also have a weird roundness at the shoe part. I really wanted to love them - the suede is great and they were beautiful but they just looked funny.

Stitching flaw, made only OK, but not to last. So unlike the LLBean of the old days. Must have a lot of cleaning care and brushing. One shoe had a slight form problem, I thought. From now on, all LLBean purchases must be carefully looked over to insure quality. The old days of LLBean high quality products, folks, are so over.

Nice boots but "wide" width wasn't wide enough. I bought a different style in same size.

not a bad looking boot, but difficult to get on. Once on, they are very stiff and very uncomfortable. I was hoping to bring these to Italy as a comfort boot to walk in, but I never brought them. Overall, disappointed in these boots. For the price, I would have expected a much more comfortable boot.

First, I should have listened to the reviewers about the difficulty of getting these shoes on and off. I love the look and the fit, once they're on my feet. I ordered size 7 1/2, medium and the fit was good. I usually wear a 7 but took the advice of other reviewers about the width and length and sized up half a size. The difficulty was getting them on. No way were they going on without a shoe horn. Even with the help of a device it still took too long to get them on. My feet have arches (not overly high) which made it more difficult. They were comfortable once on but that was without socks so I can't imagine how hard it would be to put on with socks. I really like the look and comfort once on but could not imagine going through the "putting on" process. So sorry to say they went back.

The fit was odd for my foot as I couldn't be try my foot into the boot past the tight ankle opening.

I am so disappointed in these boots. They are so cute! Unfortunately, I wore them for a couple hours and they now have that squish sound that when you walk makes a loud air sound. It is SO frustrating and so annoying. Like the other reviews, I half sized up to accommodate the tight fit. The toes and mid foot is very tight, which I think will loosen up as they are used more. The heel is a little lose from sizing up but I think if I ordered my normal 8.5 they would have been super uncomfortable. Sadly, the $100 dollar price tag is a huge rip off for the quality. Not lasting one day of wearing is absurd for a product such as this.
