I did like the slippers, but the sole is too rigid & the foot bed too hard. Returned....but still have not gotten my refund.

I have worn the Mocasin type of womans slippers for 8 years...love them and very comfortable.
I loved the look of these Bootie type, but when I received them, I was surprised that the slipper was a size too small. Very tight up in the toes and the bottom more firm, maybe that would relax after wearing. I also thought they were hard to put on and tight in the ankle because but that also could be to wrong size thing too. Disappointed as love the look! I did buy the cream colored even though I was worried about keeping them clean. I step outside with mine and even gone to the store in them. LOL. I absolutely love LL Bean products and have brought for my entire family over the years...just wanted to give feedback for others to help when purchasing online.

I actually purchased these for my daughter but I have a pair as well. They are nice and cozy on cold days. We like the hard sole for walking around in the house or trips to the basement, garage or even a quick run outside.

I like the fit of the slipper but I do wish the insole was softer.

I love the slippers, and that they come in specific sizes. Most stores sell slippers in sizes 6-7 and 8-9 or 10, which is ridiculous as you don't get a good fit. The slippers are very comfortable and durable. My only complaint is that they are made in China and not in the USA. I am disappointed that Bean does not manufacture most of their merchandise in the USA anymore.

It was a really cute shoe. I am older and bending down to pull them on was not what I was looking for in a slipper. I gave them to my daughter In law and she is in love with them.

I like the booties. They are warm and cover my ankles which is one of the things I was looking for.

As indicated above, the slipper fits well. My dissatisfaction is with removing my foot from the slipper. Each time I do, the sole's lining sticks and is pulled up as well. I fear this forebodes a quick wearing out of the lining.

These slippers are WARM, which was exactly what I was looking for in Wisconsin. In fact, I really only wear them when I'm relaxing, if I wear them to do do stuff around the house it can get too hot - but it's not winter yet, so that will be the true test.
The only downside to them is how clunky they are. I wear a size 9 and I wouldn't want to size down, but they are very bulky and take some getting used to. But if warmth is what you want, these are great!

I wanted to love these but there was something wrong it's the arch support that felt funny. I typically wear a 9.5, ordered the 10 and they felt too snug. Returning because they didn't work for me.

Great slipper/boots. Very warm. Would have given them a 5 if they came in 1/2 sizes. I got an 8 which is just a tad tight on my big toes, but know the 9 would have been too big. The bottoms are stiff and yet basically soft to walk on.

These very good-looking booties are a true slipper/shoe hybrid. The substantial sole is too durable to feel slipper "squishy," but not really durable enough to wear as a street shoe. Running outside for the mail on a drizzly day would be fine, though. These keep your feet very warm.

I like that these have structure, like shoes. They're not the kind of slippers in which you could curl up on the couch but they're warm.

I have returned this shoe due to the fact ther is a piece of fabric and stitching on the top of the instep which was pressing against my foot. I was not able to walk around in them in the house - this placard pressed against my foot and was painful. However the stitching, quality etc were great, and I have order a size 10 to see if that works. I normally wear an 8 1/2. We'll see".

These navy slippers are quality, solid for walking and cozy. Unfortunately, these are too tight for me. I have a wide width, D width and tried these unsuccessfully.

After reading the reviews on these slippers I decided to give them a try. They said the slippers ran narrow and were even hard to get on. I have AAA width overall with a 5A heel. These are narrow enough for me.

A size 7 should fit me with some room, but it feels a little tight in the foot, but way too tight at the ankle. The tag is positioned there there and rubs on the top of the foot at the ankle.

It was so hard to get my rather small feet into these that I did some surgery, clipping the stitching that held together the overlaps at the ankle. They separated nicely, and then I could get my feet into them with no problem.
Apart from that, they are warm and comfortable. The totally flat soles would have been better with some shaping and an arch, but were okay for the house.
Does anybody at LL Bean actually try these things on? They look like an AI special.
The solution is simple: do not stitch the overlapping sections together at the instep.

Was so excited to see these. Thought they would be very comfy. They were a little for me otherwise I would've loved them.

These were way too tight for me, I should've ordered a size up and the opening had very little give. After about ten minutes of wearing them my feet were going numb. There's wiring that goes throughout the slipper that adds structure but isn't very comfy. These are fine if you're looking for a slipper to make short trips outside in (and don't have wide feet), but it wasn't what I was looking for. I was looking for slippers that are comfortable and warm all around, but don't necessarily have a hard sole. I ended up trading them in for the "Wicked Good boot Mocs"; similar style but is much softer.

I love LLBEA! I love their quality products. My closet is filled with their clothes and totes
Ok so I purchased these slippers in a size 9, as this is the size I like to wear because it gives my feet room to move freely. However, the length is fine, but the opening to slide your foot in is very small and tight and there's 3 wires sewn in the fabric that presses against my instep. I do have a high instep but this is a design flaw. I did keep them but modified by cutting the elastic out that hugs the ankle, but could not remove the wires on top front that runs down the top of my foot Wish I stuck with the ones I've been buying for years But I wanted to try something new This was a good lesson Still love you L.L. I really liked the style and color of these slippers and I really hoped to like them. However, the pair I purchased, size 8, were so difficult to put on and they were too small since my toes felt scrunched and the elastic across the top of my foot was very tight fitting. My daughter, who usually wears size 7 kept the slippers as they fit her, and that was great. At the same time my husband purchased the same pair of slippers for me in size 8 in the golden color. I returned them and exchanged them for the rosewood color in size 9. I was truly hoping the size difference would help. The length was a little bit better, and the slippers were slightly easier to put on my feet, however, the elastic was still way to tight to be comfortable. I had my other daughter try the the size 9 slippers (she normally wears size 8) and they did not fit her either. I was sad that I had to return two pairs of the Cozy Slipper Booties! I really wanted to like them.
