These looked really cozy but I was a little hesitant to order after reading some of the reviews. I'm glad I got them, though. I ordered a half size up and they're perfect. I have a high arch, but they're not too tight at all. The sole works for walking outside if I need to, and the insert keeps it comfy to just lounge around in. I do wear very thin socks with them; not for warmth, but to make it easier for my foot to slide out when I take them off. Altogether a great purchase!

These are so soft and warm - exactly what I wanted for being quarantined in the Northeast during the winter.

These are the best slippers I have EVER owned. They fit great, are wonderfully cushioned for your feet, and keep your feet and ankles nice and toasty. Love them.

My husband bought these slippers for me, and I liked them so much, I purchased a pair for my Mom, who also loves them. They fit perfectly from the minute I put them on, and they are BY FAR the coziest and most comfortable slippers I've ever owned. I also love that they have a sole suitable for outside so I can wear them to get the mail, etc. If you are looking for a very nice gift for a special female in your life, these are the slippers to get! Note: these are every so slightly on the wide side, but I wear them with a thicker sock and they are fine.

These cozy, warm slippers fit my narrow 71/2 foot perfectly. I ordered an 8. Snug electric keeps them from being "sloppy". Outdoor sole was a bit stiff at first, but now conform to my foot bed SO comfortably, that I wear them all day. I've never had slippers fit so comfortably !!!

These slippers are great. They keep my feet and ankles toasty warm. The strap across the instep isn't a problem for me -it keeps the cold air out and mostly I don't notice it. I love the dark plum. They're a lot less clunky than the big puffy down slippers that were the only slippers I'd found before that kept my feet warm. The hard sole grips the floor and doesn't slip so I feel safe wearing the slippers everywhere around the house and doing anything in them (housecleaning, projects, etc.).

I really love these! When I purchased them I thought I'd be able to wear them to the store and other places but they're more house slippers - but that's OK. I'm overweight and putting shoes on is usually quite difficult, but these go on with amazing ease. Also, I have problems with edema in my feet and ankles which makes wearing socks a problem, but these slippers not only fit perfectly without socks, but they keep my feet toasty warm without socks. Perfect! I got them in brown and just ordered navy. I only wish they came in black.

Love these adorable looking slippers. So very, very cozy and comfortable. I wear them all the time now that I am working remotely from home.

I bought these slippers because they looked warm and I liked the boot style. They are very comfortable. I prefer a more stable slipper when I'm working around the house and these fit the bill. I did size up though and I'm glad I did .

This was my first try on a pull-on type slipper from LLBean; and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I LOVE this slipper. For the last 30+ years I've mainly ordered the wicked good fur-lined slippers which have the challenge of keeping those rawhide ties from coming untied! So time for something new! These are easy to pull on with very thin cotton socks or bare feet; when they arrived, I was wearing some medium weight cotton socks which made it a little harder to get the slippers on. They are so soft both inside and outside - I didn't find any problem with the elastic rubbing on the top of my foot as another reviewer said? The elastic gathers the top outside of the slipper only if that makes sense. And they are like walking on a soft cushion. Very nice indoor/outdoor soles also; I can hop from one paving stone to another to feed the birds. I really love these slippers; and would order them again in a different color. The cream ones I ordered are a nice color.

I bought these booties for my daughter who is 15 and she loves them!!! She usually wears a 7.5 but after reading the reviews and description she decided to go up a half size to wear her fuzzy socks. Perfect!!! She lives in these things! Indoor/ outdoor doesn't matter. Satisfied LL Bean customer once again!

This is the 2nd. pair of slippers I have purchase from LL Bean , the first being sandel style . These fit perfectly and are so warm ! Skid resistant I can wear outside .

I loved my new slippers so much that I bought another pair for a friend.

I bought these because I live in California and go out in the yard all year long. With outside sprinklers and rain (when we get it!) I needed slippers with a water resistant sole. They are great for that. I like the elastic around the ankle. It keeps my ankles warm and isn't too tight. The soles are somewhat stiff, more like shoes. The width and the length are both what I thought the size would feel like. I still use my Wicked Women's Slippers for inside because they're more cushioned and cozy, but I'm very happy with these slippers to wear outside.

Slippers fit well and are cozy warm. I haven't worn them enough to see whether the lining will hold up, but they certainly are comfortable. These are an upgrade for me over the LLB wool slipper clog that I had been wearing but couldn't make it through the winter before the lining failed. So far, I love them!

I just received these slippers today. I put them on right away and haven't taken them off. They are so comfortable. I have the wicked good slippers also. These are my second favorite slippers.

I LOVE these! I constantly had cold feet and heavy socks were too confining. These slippers give my toes room to move and don't get my feet sweaty. Having the hard soles on them is nice too if you need to go outside for a quick trip to your mailbox. They were SO comfortable that I accidentally wore them to a doctors appointment! Got a few compliments on them actually. I will mention that the fleece on the inside bottom is high enough that, along with the sole, that the first few times you wear them you may feel like your foot is sliding a bit off center. That goes away after a bit though and then you're good to go!
