I really wanted to like these. They are super cute looking with the plaid and the fur. But the toe box is very narrow and a larger size would not have made the difference. I wanted a plaid pair for something different, but ended up getting the same pair I always get because of the fit.

I ordered a 9 which is a whole size larger than my usual size shoe. The toe shape is a VERY uncomfortable pointed toe. Add the nice plush lining and you get sore toes cramped into a tiny triangle!! SERIOUSLY!! This is a slipper and the toe box should be square and open, not styled for a runway dress shoel! I have had these before (obviously a LONG time ago) and they were fashioned to fit the size ordered. The way these fit, this size 8 foot would have needed to order a size ELEVEN!! ABSURD!! I did not send them back but gave them away to a person with a much smaller foot. They liked them because “they are only a little too big”!! RME!!

Way too wide in heel and too tight in toe area. Not sure what type of feet these were designed to fit? Perhaps my feet just too narrow for the type of design.

I had such high hopes for these! The fit was awkward and the fleece was so sparse on the footbed that there was no support or really any cushion. If you are just sitting around in slippers I'm sure they would be fine.

After 1 1/2 years the seam split. These slippers were only worn inside or to the mailbox. Can't even exchange b/c past the 1 year warranty. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

This is the first and only LL Bean product I've been disappointed with. I don't mind that the plaids don't match but I am frustrated that I paid so much to have the tounges cut inches different between the two. I will unfortunately be returning these and would not recommend them to anyone.

Returning this slipper due to rough fur and hard backing causing blisters on back of my heel. Ouch. Disappointed.

These slippers look super comfortable and cute from the website but not a lot of thought was put into the design. Each slipper has a tag in the bottom that rubs endlessly against your foot. It is almost impossible to cut it out in a way that doesn't leave the end to scratch you forever. So disappointing! Definitely returning as soon as I can.

Ordering info said that for half sizes to order the next size up. Out of the box they were a loose fit, and info provided with slippers said that they would get even looser with wear. Based on this, I would recommend ordering a half size down, not a half size up.

Although I loved the look, feel and fit of these slippers, the stitching started to unravel immediately. I was so disappointed! I was really looking forward to enjoying them all winter long.

These are adorable but I'm a size 7 in every single shoe I wear, even my ugg slippers and I ordered a 7 in these slippers and they were way to big, I had to size down to a 6. I wear these in the house only and by the 3rd week I noticed the seam around the top was unraveling so I am going to return them. I love the print but I plan on wearing them for years and I don't think the seam will hold up that long so I'll have to get a different type.

I had my first pair of Wicked Good Slippers for 20 years before they began to break down this fall. They made me a loyal L.L.Bean Customer. I have purchased coats, slippers and many items over the years and loved this brand. In November, I ordered a pair of Black Watch Slippers and excitedly began to wear them. After 4 days, the stitching around the sides of both feet began to unravel. The Customer Service staff were very willing to help me and very nice on the phone. Unfortunately, they had sold out of this plaid and are unable to repair them. They kindly offered me an exchange or refund but I am sad that the quality of this particular pair was so compromised.

Stitching along the top of the slipper came apart after only a week of use. Would not recommend

I have owned these slippers for less than a month and they are falling apart! The inside lining is disintegrating underfoot. I purchased the same slippers a couple of years ago, and they lasted a year or so. The quality is lacking in the pair I just bought. I will definitely return them.

Got these as a gift. Inside sheepskin poorly constructed and has strong odor. After worn a few weeks, the sheepskin is lumpy in the toe area and my socks slip off my heel and down to the arch in my foot. The label says made in China, which was a surprise because that was not indicated in your ad. Anyway, started out satisfied with them, but not so now. Unable to wear due to described problems. Do not recommend.

I order from LL Bean very often and typically love their stuff! Every year I get a new pair of slippers and was SO excited to get these new plaid ones. Originally ordered them in a 10 (as I typically take a bigger size in their slippers) and they were HUGE! Ordered a 9 and they're still a little too big. Extremely wide, quality very poor, shearling uncomfortable, there's no structure to them. I slip out of them with every step. The colour is a lot darker than shown too. They aren't like my previous LL Bean slippers. I would return them but unfortunately have already started wearing them... Extremely disappointed. The last time I get slippers from LL Bean.
