I miss the old style slippers that were available for many years. They were softer. These slippers are stiff and don't feel comfortable.

These new scuffs have no arch support, and fit loosely, making walking a challenge. I have purchased the fleece scuffs forever, and loved the arch support, and the comfort in walking around the house as well. I hope they will return for next winter. These are flimsy, floppy, and waiting to cause a fall. Please bring back the previous fleece scuff style! I will buy them!

I have long narrow feet and most slippers don't fit those kind of feet. These are no exception and fit was worse than most. They will be going back.

I wear socks in the winter time and these slippers were smaller than my other ones in the past. I was sad as I liked the looks of them.

I have been buying LL Beans ladies slippers for over 10 years. I always purchased the same slipper, I called it my $50 slipper because I refuse to pay more than that for slippers. Since "my" slipper was not available in the catalog this year I purchased this one because it looked very similar. I do NOT like the foam inner sole, it feels very unstable and as a senior woman I do not like to feel like I am going to slide to the side and topple over as this makes me feel. I will not be ordering slippers again unless I see a return to the former style.

loved the look of these, and the fact that they have a rubber sole so they can be warn outside. but the arch in them was uncomfortable, high, making them snug around the top of my foot. just couldn't see adjusting to them so I returned them.

Purchased the sweater fleece woman'' slippers last year and they were wonderful . These that I purchased this year are stiff and just not what I expected from llBean. Disappointed ! Please bring back last years version !

Wanted to love them, and considered keeping them because they're slippers, and who really cares if they're too big?!? But they were too big, and too wide and I knew I wouldn't be happy with them.

I wrote an earlier review singing the praises of this slipper. I really loved it in the beginning. However after three months of wear I need to give an update. The insole is wonderfully comfortable. The issue is that the insole is maintaining its structure while the whole outer shoe is majorly stretching out. This makes my foot slide all over the place and I find that I'm constantly working to get my feet centered back in the shoe so that I don't trip. Most of the time my feet are half on and half off the footbed. It looks like there are a couple of other reviews that are stating the same issue. I can usually make slippers last a year but unfortunately I'm going to have to trash these ones and search for a new pair. Which is a bummer as the insoles are very comfortable and they were very cute.

I have purchased LLBean Fleece Scuff Slippers for a number of years and have always been very pleased with them. However, I was very displeased from the moment I put this new sweater fleece slipper on. I am not a fan of the thick memory foam or the stiffer sole that does not bend with my foot at all. Also, the slipper upper on the right foot appears to be too wide. It doesn't hug my foot like the left one and feels like it is going to fall off. Unfortunately, I can not return the slippers since they were a gift and I don't have the return receipt. I would definitely not recommend this new slipper.

She loved them but once she tried them on her foot hurt on top, they are to tight across the top of her foot. They are going to be sent back soon.

These slippers are the worst LL Bean product I have ever purchased and I've been a loyal customer for decades. I didn't return them but I will never wear them! They are squishy, have no feeling of support, and are not comfortable at all. Dreadful product.

Size 8 way too big. Size 7 awkward. Sent both sizes back. If there wasn't a lip edge on back and was more of a slip in would be great.

Tried size 8 and way too big. Returned Purchased size 7 still too big and awkward. They're too big but my heal rides up on back of the slipper. Not a good design. Plan to return these as well.

These slippers have a very bad chemical smell that gives me a headache. I've tried to air them out on the front porch, but it hasn't helped. I'm going to throw them away, since I forgot to keep the packing slip.

Stretched out quickly, two weeks now no support disappointed.

I have been ill and have not yet been able to return the slippers. I live in a rather small town and have to drive to a larger city to make the return. I am very disappointed that they are not a USA made shoe. They are wider than a Woman's 11M. My guess: They could be a man's size 9. They are a foreign product also and their sizing is different. I will be returning them and doubt that I will order from L.L. Bean in the future. No shoes for sure!

I recently bought these slippers as a gift. The price that I was charged was $ 59.95. When they arrived, they were in a wrapped plastic bag with a price tag attached. The price tag was $49.95. That's a 20% difference! I have been a loyal LL Bean shopper, but no more.

I purchased these slippers a few months ago, after wearing for a couple of days they stretched out and became a tripping hazard.

Not comfortable the in step was to tight and to big!

The smelliest slipper I've ever used. Not sure what materials these are made of but does not live up to LLBean's standards at all. Unfortunately, no llbean store near me so I could not return.

Came in a bag not the usual box of LL Bean. On a cardboard hanger. Smashed from shipment. Looked like they came from a place other than what I am used to from LL Bean

im sorry i have no idea why these slippers are so popular. waaaaaay to firm. more like a clog for wearing outside. i hated them instantly. the return process was simple though, and in general i love the Bean. but if you are looking for cozy indoor slippers these arent them

This is my umpteenth pair of these slippers, I get myself a new one every year and this is I I am a loyal LL Bean customer and this is the first time I have been REALLY unhappy. The size of the slipper is correct, but the width of the slipper is much narrower than my old pairs. I tried to wear them to see if they would stretch, but instead they just hurt my feet - which is not what a slipper should do. If you love the fleece slippers, you should know that these are not the same.

Just not for me; I didn't like the low closed heel - it felt like it would keep flipping off the back of my foot as I walked.
