I purchased these slippers in October 2020 and really wanted to love them. They were comfortable and breathable. However, by April 2021 I had to replace them because they had completely fallen apart after normal indoor use. The wool lining is completely gone in certain places and there is a gaping hole near the big toe of one slipper. They lasted less than 6 months. LL Bean has a return policy if you are not happy with your purchase within one year but these slippers did not apply since they looked so worn out after only a few months. At this price, I expected them to last at least one year. I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of these slippers.

This was my 2nd pair of Wicked Good Slippers and what a waste of money. Within 2 months the side of the slipper gave way from the sole. Then all the fleece eroded from my sole as it did with the first pair I purchased. I can no longer go out to get the mail with these and recently had a fall in my bathroom that ended me with a huge bruise as I fell onto the frame of my tub where the glass doors slide. That happen 10 ago and the bruise is still very sore and visible. I will no longer purchase any products from LL Bean. Be careful.

I have been buying my LL Bean slippers for years and these looked like someone else with wide feet had worn them and stretched them out, also looked liked they had been washed and faded the color. I was disappointed for the first time since ordering my women's slippers from LL Bean and for the price, I expected the quality they used to have. Will never order them again.

I've had various colors of these slippers and they were great. The new pair - that this review is for, however just ordered in January of 2021 are already falling apart!!! Nothing snagged it just normal daily wear. Very disappointed in the quality - Less than 6 months!!!

I have the tan ones, actually I have two pair. They are beautiful, comfortable, wonderful. However I bought a blue pair because they were on clearance. The quality is not the same as the tan ones. They are lighter weight, the Fur is not as dense, and you could actually feel the seams inside the slipper. They were more narrow on the toe and the other three pair I have. All in all I was going to return them but my granddaughter who has a size smaller foot asked for them so I gave them to her. I don't know if these were just a bad pair, but I will say the quality was definitely much less than all the other pairs I've owned

Well I was sent one wide and one normal size slipper they don't even match in shape. The inside wool is a nightmare not laying flat so I have large lumps touching the bottom of my foot in many places. Totally disappointed. Such cheap quality for $85.00 slippers which was a HUGE treat I gave myself.

I ordered one pair and replaced them twice. I finally returned for a refund. Sizing was inconsistent with every order (example: one pair had one shoe that fit, the other much too wide). Every pair had sizing problems, sometimes with the right shoe, sometimes with the left. Beautiful shoe, but beauty means very little when the shoes do not fit.

Purchased for wife as her brother had a Bean slipper pair he liked. One foot fit well, the other foot was loose. Thought was an optical illusion so measured and the measurement from stich to stich above arch area was one quarter inch different, accounting for the difference in fit. Appeared to be well made other than referenced detail.

I loved these slippers, however they were not the same good quality as other LL Bean products have been. I wore them for less than a week, inside only, and a hold ripped in the top near the stitching. I was so upset that I paid so much money for these slippers and they were poor quality. Definitely will be returning.

I love them, and they are so comfortable. But I got them less than 2 weeks ago and they already wore a hole in the heel from the inside. Sending back

I would not recommend purchasing this product. For the cost of the slippers the quality is poor. I purchased these in late September 2020. In four months of wearing inside the house only, the slippers have worn down and stretched out incredibly, see attached photos. I read all of the previous reviews and was excited and confident about this purchase, so perhaps I got a lemon pair? I was planning on having these for a few years - but honestly, over the past four months they have warn down and stretched out so incredibly - it is such a disappointment. In addition to all of that, they are extremely hard to clean and have not held up. I am questioning LLBean's current quality checks and the stamina of their products. Fo the reputation they have and the cost of their product, I would expect much more. Consider twice before purchasing these slippers.

After 3 days of consistent use, the fur on the back of the ankle wore down so the leather began rubbing against my ankle. VERY uncomfortable, even with high socks on. Returning this item and trying a different pair of slippers with the fur cuff around the ankle.

This is the second pair I had to repurchase. First pair size 9, which is my shoe size was very wide, and big. This reordered size 8 was sent with 2 different color blues and one was very narrow and long. The other one was fine. Very disappointed in the quality and the quality control LL bean has been known for. Obviously they've let that go as the years have gone on. For the money we pay for their products i think we expect better.

Last Christmas I bought these slippers for myself and two of my daughters. This Christmas when we all got together all three of us agreed that the quality of these expensive slippers was definitely not worth the price. Mine were so matted down and loose that I even bought the inserts that LLbean sells for $35.00 and they still fall off my feet! I have always felt that the higher price for this company's merchandise was worth it because they backed up their quality but I think that has changed.

I usually wear a size 8.5 so I ordered the 9. They were too big so I returned and the 8 fit well. However, the slipper is terrible. The fur lining inside the slipper is completely worn out and I have only had them for a month. One slippers lining is thicker than the other but both are basically bare at this point. I wouldn't recommend these based on the price point. Sorry LL Bean. This isn't the quality that I'm accustomed to with your products.

Absolutely loved them...at first. Wore them for about 2 months then put them away because it got warmer. I got them out this winter and wore for 2 weeks. The leather literally came completely away from the sole. Very disappointed.

I have been buying these slippers for years for both myself and my daughter. The fur lining wears away very quickly. I'm tired of paying good money for poor quality.

I've been buying wicked good slippers for many years, normal everyday wearing they've last around two years. Sad to say these are the worst quality for the price and wouldn't last even 6 months as I wear them everyday when I get home. The color is very pretty, that's where it ends though. There's very little sheep fur inside I could feel my toes hitting the stitching at the front after one wearing. For reference I purchased both a 6-7 as others said they run large, my normal size in slippers is a 7. They are large and not much padding to the foot bed or structure to the slipper. Seems things are changing Llbean not for the better. I hesitate to purchase anymore as your returns take up to a month then you send a check in snail mail not even email or a credit to my charge card. Just poor all around wish I could be positive.

I have purchased these for years for my husband and I. This time, the right shoe had no shape. Looked like it could go on either foot and was much wider than the other. I should have sent them back, but tried to make it work. Now I can't even make the right shoe stay on my foot it is so big! Something definitely happened to the quality of the shoes this time. I would like for you to make this right. Thank you!

Decided to give these slippers a try when I couldn't find my go-to brand and I needed a pair right away. It was indicated that the slippers needed to be worn a lot to allow my feet to adjust to the Sherpa lining. Weeks later, no relief or comfort and I'm left with aching feet and extreme disappointment! Highly doubt I will ever order from L.L.Bean again. I would've been better off wrapping my feet in tin foil.

The feel of the lining, which is supposed to be like sheep's fur or something, is totally synthetic and not comfortable at all. This version is also very narrow - which might be good for some, but it would be better to have the option to choose wider.

I was so disappointed when I opened the box and saw these are not made in the USA. They are made in Myanmar. Too expensive for shoes made in Asia. The toe box is too narrow, as well.

My second pair, they are top quality in size, fit , construction and comfort. The sole is very nice in that it is not irregular and lumpy. The workmanship in these slippers is outstanding. I am always very pleased with anything LLBean sells.... QUALITY, QUALITY. QUALITY.
