I received these slippers as a gift and loved them. I had an unfortunate accident 2 days after I received them. My two year old son choked and I had to give him the heimlich, in the process of trying to save his life, he threw up on my new slippers. I called customer service and they refused to replace them. Both people I spoke to were very rude and unsympathetic showing no compassion at all. I was very disheartened especially during the holiday season. Needless to say I will never purchase anything from this company again. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed in the quality of this slipper. The tag is sewn on the bottom of the slipper and is uncomfortable. Also the left slipper was oddly wide and did not match the right one that was normally shaped. It was no where near the quality and comfort of my LlBean hand sewn slippers with the flannel liner that are now only available for men.

Couldn't get my foot in. The top of the slipper came up too high. Returned. Length and width don't count here as it was too tight to begin with.

I'm returning these because I could barely get my toes in them. Too bad they don't stock Wide width slippers more often.

Lining at heels packed down almost immediately, making the shoes larger and sloppy. I would use caution in moving up a size on half sizes

They were too big so I sent them back on January 13 and haven't heard anything. I ordered a smaller size.

I was so excited to receive these slippers last Christmas. Unfortunately, after just a few months of wear last winter and then two months this winter, the insole at the heel is worn and bare down to the padding. Since they were ordered more than a year ago, no help from customer service. Don't expect to get more than one winter out of these slippers apparently. Extremely disappointed with longevity.

Looks like a man's slipperruns large. The clog version is really cute. I went back to my old ( clog) style. LL Bean slippers ARE nice and warm and wear well. They do run slightly large in me. I usually wear a 7.5-8 but the 7 fits perfectly in the clog style.

Poor quality especially for the price. Leather material did not match. Left shoe smooth and right shoe rough. One shoe fit too wide.

Very expensive for one year of normal wear. I mostly wear in the house and out in the yard briefly. On rare occasion I would get in the car and go through a drive through. I could have bought cheaper slippers and gotten the same amount of wear or more see photo

When I tried them on out of the box, it felt like slipper was on the wrong foot (it wasn't), sheepskin very thin around heel so it rubs, no arch support. very disappointed in this LL bean product. Beautiful fuschia color but that is the only positive. I am returning them.

I have normal 9.5 feet and these slippers should have fit, but they are made weird. The Brambleberry color is pretty, but the sides of the slippers are not the same height. The uppers do not match the soles. It is like they were stitched together with random parts. Not up to LL Bean's standards. I returned them.

I'm disappointed in the quality of the Venetian slipper. I have always loved LL Bean slippers but these slippers are a disapointment. The fur started wearing off after a short time and now after a year my feet are cold in them.

Left slipper fits snugly as enclosed card says to expect. Right slipper fits completely differently; sloppy wide and my heel slips up and out with each step. Both are marked as size 7 and I do not have issues with one foot larger than the other. Returned. Disappointed in quality control have never had a problem with Bean products in the past.

Returning because for a size 10 these a very narrow and return is not free so that is disappointing.

They are half worn out already, the heel is worn down and back of slipper also
worn down. I think you should rethink your design. You used to make another
style that had a leather heel to protect the wear out and you discontinued I will never buy another slipper again with fur lining.

But these are to small...

I wore these slippers for one season and the stitching on the front unraveled. I thought the quality was really poor and was surprised.
