I have 7 old chamois. 3 navy, 2 Lt. blue and 2 tan. Still have all except 1 with the collar worn out and another with rips on the sleeve. I don't throw stuff away. The chamois lasts forever, but it was time for a new one and I'm not disappointed. Forgot what the new felt like. Nice and warm. It's not summer weight. Thanks, L. L. for not changing the quality...

The most comfortable flannel shirt you can own. We wear them year round in Maine even in the summer when the temperature drops at night.

Love heft of the chamois. The cut of the pocket flaps are nice and not dull. Quality seems high and the price was good.

Fits great, My husband wears his over his Tee shirts. He said it's very comfortable.

I have purchased several of these LL Bean chamois shirts. I love the fit and the fabric.

I have been wearing these L.L. Bean Chamois shirts almost exclusively during the 5 coldest months here in Wisconsin, ever since my mother first bought me one of these shirts 30+ years ago. The fit is good, they are of adequate weight, and I like having both plaid as well as solid pattern shirts.

Added to my winter collection of chamois shirts, this time a new blue and grey plaid pattern. Well-made, warm, and comfortable as usual. My other chamois shirts have all held up nicely over time.

This shirt is exceptionally comfortable to wear over another shirt and warm enough to help take the chill off of a winter morning. The material is particularly warm and soft.

Great 3 season shirt . Comfortable on bare skin and tightly woven to minimize effect of feeling the brisk chill/wind. Great shirt to wear around town / cabin life / camping / hunting/ traveling . Chest pockets come in handy in so many ways especially for stowing a passport / passport card / I.Ds / cash / even keys / fob to a vehicle . L.L.Bean does great on fabrication when it comes to making sure the plaid design matches up perfectly with each fabric panel portion of the shirt all the way down to the chest pockets matching up with the front panel. Wash and wear is superb just better to line dry to avoid shrinkage if one uses the dryer method . The fit is on par and compliments will come your way because this shirt stands out from all the rest especially the printed style type.

Nice heavier weight fabric as well as soft and nice colors.

I have not given this to my father yet so I don't know how it will perform, but it is super soft, seems sturdy and should be quite warm. The material is heavier with a nice soft brushed feel to it. Colors are great! I bought a medium and had my son (who takes a large) try it on and it fit very nice. I think it should be roomy but not too large.

I have 3 chamois shirts in solid colors, that have served me well for many years and I was happy to see plaid versions. The shirts are warm, comfortable and last a long time without showing wear.

Always a favorite with my husband. They are soft and warm and the sleeve length doesn't shrink. They do lose some of that soft, fuzzy feel but we're talking over two decades of wear. : )

Very warm and comfortable, plenty of sleeve length, 2-button cuffs allow choice of removing shirt without unbuttoning! Shirt pockets too short too short to secure my iPhone, no pen opening in shirt pocket, essential for geeks ;) . Needs abrasion resistant collar, Premier cause of shirt discard for me.

I bought this shirt as a gift for my husband a while ago, and he has since asked for more as gift ideas. So far he has three in differing colors. They are of excellent quality and look and feel amazing.
