Bought for my husband for Christmas to replace one he had for several years. Exactly what he wanted and the fit is perfect.

I bought this as a gift for my brother. He has had two rotator cuff surgeries and he has pain when he tries to put on a jacket with flannel or fleece lining in the sleeves. He is also a farmer and needs good protection from the elements. He liked this one so much he bought two more because the sleeves are lined with a satin material and are easy to slide his arms into. Also the jacket is warm.

Warm and comfortable. My dad is in a rest home and he loves it!

This is my third one of these jackets ever and i still have the second one, which is at least 7 years old and i still wear. I expect to keep wearing this new one at least as long. Fits great and is the perfect weight for fall and early winter here in Western PA.

This is a great sweatshirt. Thick and durable, warm but not too warm. I purchased it for my father who wears it daily and loves it.

The sweatshirt is very comfortable to wear and keeps you warm. It does not feel heavy when wearing it and the design gives you plenty of room so that you don't feel confined. I enjoy wearing it.

Roomy. Very comfortable. Surprisingly warm. Hidden pocket inside right pocket is perfect for holding my wallet while going to the gym and has a Velcro seal to hold it in place.

This jacket fits perfectly. I live in the Chicagoland area. Some fall days can be cold and this jacket keeps me warm. The lining keeps the chilly wind out! I purchased a Medium. I am 5'6 and 140 lbs. Chest size 38.

Best heavyweight sweatshirt ever. Really like the flannel lining , very soft and warm . Highly recommend.

Great jacket. It's well made, materials are nice, and it looks good. The sleeve lining is fantastic for being able to put it on quickly without fussing often with bunched up sleeves. The hook and loop inner pocket fits a standard sized phone. The zipper uses large metal teeth, so it should hold up nicely in snow and ice. I had to return my standard sized jacket for a tall, which isn't something I often have to do. The regular kept pulling up over my pants waistband and I felt I had to constantly pull it back down. The tall is perfect. The only thing I'd add would be thumb loops for ease of using the jacket as a middle layer.

I was hesitant to order this hoodie for my husband because the reviewers called into question the warmth of the taffeta lining in the sleeves. What a surprise to find my husband was thrilled with this purchase. He says that the taffeta lining allows him to slide his arms through the sleeves very easily, while the old lining fought the fleece and he struggled to get his arms through. He also says he is plenty warm wearing this item. It looks good on him too. So Yay LLBean. We recommend this item.

Really like this sweatshirt. Not as bulky as sheepskin or fleece yet just as warm and comfortable.

This sweatshirt will be a gift for a tall well built young man, who hikes high mountains, even though he lives in San Diego. We ordered a Tall XXL, which may be over-sized but will accommodate layering and possible shrinkage. It is thick & it is HEAVY and we hope he likes it. I really appreciate the heavy metal zipper, not a plastic one that twists and buckles in the dryer.

I have worn out my current hoody and was concerned about reviewers dissing the quality of their recent purchases of this always favorite L L Bean item. Well the new sibling arrived and I could not be happier. It is plush and comfy. There has been NO SKIMPING whatsoever. Feels about 30% thicker than my old much beloved one which has been washed plenty and worn year round. Someone complained that the sleeves were not lined as was the chest. This has never been an issue with me and I think the lining on the sleeves is just fine. I am simply never cold. The arm lining is excellent as is. My only problem is whether or not to keep my old hoody or let goodwill find a happy person for it. The old one is still in excellent condition after many years of heavy use.

My husband loves this warm jacket. We gave this as a gift and hope the recipient likes it as well.

I love this hoodie! VERY comfortable and size is perfect! I'm 5'11" and wear a large and the sleeve length is just fight ( a little generous in length)
