The shoe is beautiful and very comfortable but it slips out when walking. It's not a sizing problem. The problem is that the sole is too hard, does not bend enough and therefore pulls the shoe out when in movement.

Too big and too wide

The heel is too big, foot slips out of heel

I wear a 8.5-9.0. I tried in that size then 8.0 and now 7.5 - still too big. what’s going on???

TERRIBLE. I wanted to love it. I got the 7W and it was still too narrow in the toe box area but wide in the heel. Even with wool socks, my heel kept slipping out. Returning.

I couldn't even get them on my feet. They run very small.

Do the people who design this shoe know what a human foot looks like? Perhaps they're from another planet, where feet are wider at the back than at the front. These are unwearable - MUCH too long, wide at the heel, gaping along the sides, and narrow at the front. And it's a darn shame because the Toffee version is absolutely gorgeous, exactly what I wanted in terms of color of both shoe and sole. Naturalizer used to be a good brand but they've really gone downhill.

No matter what size or width I tried these shoes always slip off heels when you walk. I wanted to love them because they are so cute and fairly comfortable.

it was the wrong size I ordered an 8 1/2 w and received an 8 M . The shoes we reboxed and the box had no size markings on it.

Gorgeous shoe with a chunky sole that unfortunately has zero give in it. I ordered my usual size and they fit perfectly - as long as you don’t try walking in them. The heels slip off the back of each foot with every step. It’s the material/design of the sole - it doesn’t bend AT ALL. That’s why the heel slips off, as so many reviewers have noted. There’s no fix for this and why a brand like Naturalizer would design a shoe with this obvious flaw is a mystery. They’re going back.

The leather is very stiff and tight in the toes. The top stitching makes these very uncomfortable. The right look, a good heal, and nice color.

Really cute shoes - but so painful. Not because of fit, but the leather is so hard it was extremely uncomfortable. I took them off after 2 minutes!
