The shoes had an odd fit. My foot slipped out the back; one shoe was slightly larger than the other. Returning them.

These shoes are adorable and I love them. I tried to find the true fit but the larger size was too big in the back and tight around the front. Unfortunately, I have to return them, very cute though.

The shoe fit, yet my heel kept coming out when walking. This is leather? It feels rubbery.

So bizarre, a wide version of these felt narrower than the medium width. Going back. :-(

Uncomfortable stiff upper. Had to return

I ordered several sizes and they all did not work. The medium width was too narrow everywhere! The wide width fit great in the toe box but slipped off my heel! There was no half size when I was ordering so I tried the 10 & 11 in medium and wide. All returned. No arch support.

Shoe felt great at first but stretch out and did not wear well, very dissappointed

I ordered the wide version of these shows and they felt like I ordered the narrow version. Shoes are very narrow.

The leather feels thin, papery and inexpensive. I am not surprised to read that other reviewers have seen rips and cracks in the leather in only a short amount of time. The shoe design is also oddly not like it is in the photos. The photos make them look much sleeker and clunkier, making the heavy sole really stand out from the shoe's daintiness. In reality, the shoe itself is quite clunky yet the sole is not clunky enough. I almost get a 1980s grandparent feel from these which is not what I was hoping for. I believe I will return them.

They are painful to use and not wide enough

The sole was very stiff. The leather was very hard.

Ordered my usual size, but my heels slipped out on both feet.

My foot was slipping out of them but besides that the leather was of a very poor quality and the shoe didn’t appear to be finished well

Poor fit. Felt like shoe was cut too low for my feet.

Really loved this shoe and wanted it to work, but it slipped on my heel really badly and I had to return. I've read similar reviews for other Naturalizer loafers, as well.

Too tight. I so needed these, but I had to return them.

Loved these shoes but returned first pair due to too large. Ordered half size smaller and fit in length but too wide in heel. Even with sox, slipped off of the heel and too wide in the heel area. Unfortunately, going back. Ordered an Aerosole similar shoe instead.

They are one full size too large...the heel is actually gapping. The don't work for me--the sole or angle of the shoe caused some pain in one foot. Nice looking, but I'm returning them.
