Very cosy, warm, and comfortable. It will be a favorite in cold weather. A little thicker than I thought it might be, but that's not a problem--it is fleece.

This base layer definitely keeps you warm. This base layer has a great fit, unbelievably soft and comfortable. Washes well with no shrinkage. Excellent quality.

Great lightweight fleece. Like a sweatshirt. Wore as middle layer for skiing and it was perfect.

I was looking for a lightweight fleece without a collar to wear either by itself or over/under another layer. This item was just what I wanted. I am normally a medium and purchased that size. It fits snugly enough to wear alone but I could wear a light layer underneath as well. It is also light enough to be worn under another layer of clothing. For me, this will be a very versatile piece of my wardrobe. The color and fit are what I expected and I would definitely buy again in a different color.

I Just LOVE this fleece top! So warm! I also purchased the pants to make a set. I wear them around my (very cold!) house and they keep me snug and so comfortable. I am 5'5" and weigh 180 lbs. I purchased XL and am happy with the fit.

This base layer top is excellent if you don't like the cold like me. This has a great fit, very soft and warm. I am a total fan of fleece for the very cold days. I throw a bulky sweatshirt over it for long walks.

I LOVE this fleece base layer. Purchased because I am always cold in the winter. Originally thought I would wear it over another thinner layer. But...this fleece is unbelievably soft. I now wear it right against my skin. Loved it so much I immediately purchased another one. Does run a bit large but otherwise just wonderful.

I do not use this as a base layer, I actually fit a layer under it. It does flare at the hips like most woman's tops from LL Bean. That is the only draw back, otherwise a very warm top that moves with you.

A perfect fit, and a very soft texture. Warm right up when I put them on. Sleeves are a perfect length and I love the holes to put your thumbs in. Not looking forward to winter but with this, it certainly might help.

These are my daughter's favorites. They are perfect for layering Underneath or as a top layer. She loves that there is no collar. Sometimes layering with zip ups or collared shirts can become a bit choking around the neck. We bought one last year and another this year.

Very comfortable and warm! Needed something for cold hikes and this is perfect. Didn't get sweaty either compared to other shirts I've tried.

This is a nice fleece layer that can be worn as a base layer or over top. It is warm against your skin. I would say it is slightly fitted without being tight or snug. I would recommend it.

This fleece is so cozy it’s like a warm hug. It fits fairly snug. I just wish it was offered in a petite for the sleeve length. I love it, though, and wear it often. My husband ordered two from LLBean directly and I was so jealous. Now I have my own!

The perfect base layer for a day out on the slopes - super comfy & love the thumbholes!

This is the most versatile fleece I own. It's beyond comfy, super warm but also really breathable. You usually need one fleece per requirement. I love it for walking the dog in. My one request is to add a version with a zip up neck. I find a zipped neck really helps seal in warmth

Soft, comfortable and warm. Know that synthetic fibers wick away moisture so that if you get active and perspire, you still feel warm. Dry is warm. Wet is cold. Drawback to synthetic fibers are that they retain body odor more so than cotton so you will need to wash this garment more often. Wear as a long sleeve t-shirt or as and undergarment in cold weather. Bought this as a gift for my girlfriend. She was wearing my shirt all the time so the gift got my shirt back.

This baselayer is the perfect mix between comfortable, warm yet surprisingly breathable. I find it's the fleece I keep choosing every morning to lounge around and also be able to hike in. It's just too comfy to want to take off. Nice job LL Bean!

This is heavier then cuddle duds fleece. I'm always cold and this item is perfect. I wish it came in other colors. If you want to stay warm, this is the top to get. It runs true to size and is comfortable under other clothing.

I love this sweatshirt as a base or regular long sleeve on cold days. I wear this to work or up in the mountains. It fits perfect, not too fitted and not too loose. The length is just perfect not to long but not too short. I like mine just passed the belly but not to long. It's nice and snuggling. I will look out for more colors. Can be layered under a jacket.

This is very comfy and the cut is flattering (i.e., not boxy or baggy) without being second-skin. I got the black, which looks stylish enough to be worn in non-athletic settings. I am always cold but this will take care of that. Love the thumb holes. Wish there were less loud colors like gray and navy.
