Your sizing has changed, and your recommendation sizes are way off. I normally wear a size 8, but your chart recommended 71/2 and I went with 8 and it was too small. Liked the boots, but, but you need to do a better job with your own recommendations. Shipping is ridiculously priced and takes long time for the cost Would have appreciated exchange and or refund for the costs.

The finish on the heels wore off the first time I wore them. I was at work on carpet.

Loved these boots , however the synthetic liner started to peel after a while. Was stored in my closet with all my other boots and my Lucky brand boots with the synthetic faux leather interior are the only ones that have done this. Sadly not worth the price. As you can see the boots were not abused or old.

I received a pair of the black Basel booties for Christmas and there's a spot where the leather has ripped off. I have a pair of brown Basel boots for 2 years now and have not had any problems.

Bought a pair in black in the fall absolutely loved them. Got a pair in tan for Xmas as a gift. Didn't bother to try them on for several weeks when I did, they seemed a little tight. Wore them for an hour or so, very painful. Check the lining and both pair are marked a size 9M. When I put the bottoms of the shoes together, it is evident that the tan pair is shorter. Too late to be returned so I am out the shoes and the money. Do not assume that the same exact shoe in a different color will fit!

I purchased these boots in July of 2020 and only wear them seasonally, so they are not worn April-September. Both bottoms have come undone/detached from the shoe. They do not hold up well. They were comfortable but not even worn that often and they fall apart.

I received nothing but an email saying that I was receiving a refund for my return. I never received the boots and did not request that the order be cancelled. When I tried to call the customer service number shown on the email and the site, it said that the number was not in service. At least I got my money back, I guess.
