I like these booties they fit well. The color is nice. the one thing is the heals on the booties lost a lot of color after wearing them a few times

I bought my boots (on sale) online at Lucky Brand and loved the look and fit. Unfortunately, after one day's wear, the finish on the right heel flaked off on over half of the heel, revealing a white stacked heel. When I contacted customer service I was informed that I would need to return the shoes, get a refund, and order a new pair (no longer on sale). I decided to paint the heel with markers. They don't look great and I'm not sure I'd get more of this brand after this experience.

The bootie fits but is a little slim. It has the awkward cut of a pointed toe dress shoe of the early 2000s.

Boots look like plastic not leather

I tried it on and the neck of the boot angled to the back instead of up. It cut into my ankle and looked awkward. I sent them back. Waiting for refund

I love the soft black leather, but the color of the soles on these is a fake wood grain,and as it wears off there is this fake plastic yellow color, which doesn't take polish very well. I've bought two pair abd they both have synthetic soles.

I returned the boots

Had to return because this style was oddly narrow. Disappointing, but definitely very cute if you have particularly slender feet! #sweepstakes

My favorite boot my 5th pair!

I loved these at the mall when I saw them. I bought the tan colored ones and loved them, then I regretted not getting the black ones too. When I went back to the mall to buy them, they were sold out, so I ordered them online. Big mistake! The quality is not the same, the leather material seems cheaper and the boot is lighter in weight than my tan ones, which are obviously made with better material. There is a huge difference! Don't order them online, buy them in store!

I ordered these boots in my normal size and my heel rubs (they seem about 1/2 size too large) when I walk. I have the same boots from a few years, thus, I really like the way they look. But they fit differently and I'm sending them back.

I have tried ordering the black-03 color everywhere but I keep receiving just black. The black-03 is like a silver-grey-black it just must not be made anymore.

I bought this shoe and it arrived with a defect in one of the heels. Expensive shoes should not be sent to customers with defects. I have bought online from this store by first time and I am disappointed. I returned it.

The purchase and delivery were easy. Unfortunately the top of the boots cut into my upper ankle - leather just too stiff.

I usually wear a size 7, I sized up just to make sure they weren't tight. Definitely too big and loose so I returned them and ordered my usually size 7 which somehow were way too big and hanging off around my ankles but way too small and squeezing the top of my foot. Don't look as good as the pictures either. Seemed like they would be very uncomfortable. Unfortunately just not for me #sweepstakes

I loved my lucky brown boots I got 4-5 years ago. I got these as a replacement but already I am not liking them as much... The visual is different but fine. But there is no longer cloth in the inside which makes them sort of sticky/harder to slip on. They are also not nearly as comfortable. I could take my old pair anywhere!! After standing for an hour at work my feet are already sore... I like the small heel and overall design but they do not stack up to my old pair!!

I have this bootie in my current size in black and love it. When I ordered the brown at my current size it was WAY too small. So disappointed I had to return it.
